“Went for afternoon tea. Was pleasent but extremely pricey for what you get. Staff were very nice, polite and accommodating as you would expect. House and grounds are beautiful although areas of the house inside look a little tired and in need of some work and more could be done with the gardens. Didn't see the rooms so unable to comment.”

“You really do get what you pay for and more. One of my favourite places to relax in the UK. We enjoy the buildings, the lovely grounds, the foodofferings and spa treatments. Above all, we should thank the wonderfull staff who without exception seemed to genuinely want to make our time there as good as it could be. They succeeded! We can't wait to have the time (and money) to be able to go back again and recharge our batteries.”
