“Good hotel. Comfortable beds, the gym was not a gym at all. 3 cardio machines and max of 10kg dumbbells. Not even a bench to get a proper workout. Difficult to stay motivated in the gym if there's only a 10x5 space to exercise”

“Service always positively impacts a stay. We were here for a conference. The hotel was exactly as expected. It's a perfect review for a good hotel. Rooms were small, but clean. Washroom was small, but clean and functional. Lobby was small, but worked great. The location was good, with nice local dining options by the corner and a very nice grocery store next door. Was easy to access by metro. But really, the staff made the difference. I normally triple check my reservations, but it seems I had accidentally picked a "simple" room. I thought as in not complicated, but it was a single bed... With a quick email they got us a queen bed in the already full hotel, with no extra fee. Thank you!”
