“The hotel was OK and the staff was quite friendly... they provided gluten-free bread and even responded to our queries prior to our stay. What almost ruined our experience was a messed up taxi booking that was very important for us. We informed the staff two days in advance and were told the booking was confirmed 24 hrs in advance, but late at night our room phone rang to inform us that not only was there no booking, but getting one at that late hour was going to be a problem and much more expensive. In the end we managed via online booking, but it was a close shave.”

“Estive no hotel em maio de 2011, o atendimento foi muito prestativo, o quarto e banheiro muito limpos até com um cheirinho suave no carpete, cortesia de café, chá, leite, chaleira elétrica e biscoitos no quarto, havia secador de cabelos, silencioso, janela com vista para o jardim do hotel, café da manhã muito bom. Talvez isso tenha mudado, mas foi uma estadia incrível.”
