“Perfect room, very spacious and clean. Our breakfast was delicious. We had bacon, eggs and potatoes. Cooked exactly how we ordered. The hotel staff were friendly. Walking distance to Nordstrom. The hotel was located in a great area surrounded by restaurants and shopping.”

“Amazing experience. At first when arriving at the check in time we were informed at the desk that they room wasn’t ready. This did throw off the arrival experience, but Gwen and the staff made up for it (thank you!). Big shout-out to Lornada and Frank for taking amazing care and customer service to the experience and thank you to the PM housekeeper, Myra for the hospitality she gave us as well. Recommend this hotel with the perfect location to do all things Chicago!”
