“The good: Beautiful rooms (decor is a little corny though, the hotel is obsessed with Andy Warhol for some reason). Pool is beautiful. The bad: Very strange shower design. there is no glass or curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so after use the entire bathroom is soaked. Including the counter tops... Hotel service is pretty terrible: When we arrived we noticed there was no self-park option, so we called the Hotel for the valet— had to call multiple times for someone to pick up (when they did eventually answer it was with an attitude) we then proceeded to wait half hour before we parked. The whole check in process was about 45 minutes with no apology. We avoided talking with any of the staff after that. It just was not the experience I was expecting. Oh and the coffee machine didn’t work.”

“Paid 1000 to stay at this hotel. Found moulded Chinese food in the drawer. No compensation only free parking which is 30 bucks haha. Holiday inn for 200 is cleaner and better service. Couldn’t believe it. You would expect a 1000 night to be literally perfect but I guess not. It is what it is I guess.”
