“This review was long over due. I am using my Dad's account since he is a level 6 member of trip advisor. I want to reach out to as many travelers as possible with my experience at Five. I was on contract in Dubai. After finishing my contract I decided to relax at some of the finest hotels in Dubai before heading back home to Toronto. The Hotels I stayed were Mandarin Oriental,Ceasars Palace Bluewater, Habtoor Palace,Pallazo Versce,Curio by Hilton,Waldorf Astoria,Palm and of course 'Five Palm'.Five was not on my radar, it was my dad who travels to Dubai regularly on business and pleasure recommended me as my first stop. He told me the shape of Hotel reminds him little bit of Riu Palace Penunsillah and the hotel reviews are fabulous. I must say FIVE didn't disappoint me. The check…”

“Please do not stay here. The hotel is really nice to look at and the restaurants are nice, for a day visit I totally recommend to stay as a guest NO. Management are so bad they do not treat all guests the same, I had to change rooms during stay (do not stay in a city view suite) due to noise. I left my wedding rings in the room beside the bed and staff took my wedding rings in the space of me changing rooms. It took me to go through housekeeping/ reception and then had to send an email to the hotel for someone to listen to me, I had management search my own bags instead of searching their staff, besides my horrible experience of having something with such sentimental value taken, I still would not recommend, management are bad and it’s very clear that there are a lot of ‘working’ women in the hotel, if you do not want to be robbed do not stay here, my fourth visit to Dubai there are so many more lovely hotels with great staff and it is not the five hotel....”
