Exterior e lobby são bem conservados e limpos, a equipe se você pode encontrá-los na recepção são simpáticos e prestativos. (oferecendo um cookie no check-in) Os quartos eram um pouco limpos, o colchão estava em um saco de percevejos e isso é ótimo. Mas o cabelo por todo o quarto e as manchas de sujeira não contribuíram para uma experiência super agradável. No geral, se eu precisasse, eu poderia ficar aqui novamente, especialmente conhecendo a condição dos hotéis em torno deste.

This is my choice to stay when I am working in Illinois. This is one of the newest hotels on the lot, However, it doesn'ttake long to run a hotel down. Upkeep is a must. Also flight Attendants and Pilots get thebest courtesy. I'm not either. I watched how the front desk interacts with them vs others.

Exterior and lobby are well kept and clean, The staff if you can find them at the front desk are helpful and friendly. (offering a cookie on check in) The rooms were somewhat clean, the mattress was In a bed bug bag and that's great. But the hair all over the room and spots of filth didnt make for a super enjoyable experience. Overall if I needed to I could stay here again especially knowing the condition of the hotels around this one.

Hotel muito limpo; A equipe foi amigável e útil. O único problema foi que os hóspedes anteriores deixaram três panos sujos pendurados na haste da cortina do chuveiro que o serviço de limpeza perdeu ... mas o quarto em si estava impecável. O ingresso de domingo da NFL no bar foi um bônus e a comida era ótima!

Very clean hotel; staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the previous guests left three dirty washcloths hanging on the shower curtain rod that housekeeping missed....but the room itself was spotless. NFL Sunday ticket at the bar was a bonus and the food was great!

Esta foi uma escolha de última hora devido a atrasos nos voos, mas foi agradável e convenientemente localizado perto do aeroporto de Midway.O transporte gratuito também foi conveniente e apreciado, pois fica a menos de 10 minutos de carro.Os quartos eram limpos e tranquilos, o restaurante do hotel era ok, mas não espetacular.Muitas tripulações de companhias aéreas fazendo check-in, o que considerei um bom sinal.

This was a last minute choice due to flight delays, but it was enjoyable and conveniently located near Midway airport.The free shuttle was also convenient and appreciated, as it is less than a 10 minute drive.Rooms were clean and quiet, hotel restaurant was ok but not spectacular.Lots of airline crews checking in, which I considered a good sign.

Alyssa nos registrou, ela foi super doce e prestativa, nos fez sentir bem-vindos. O quarto era limpo e arrumação ainda nos deu toalhas extras. Maria nos verificou, ela estava super ocupada, mas aproveitou o tempo para nos fazer sentir importantes e se certificou de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos antes de sairmos para o aeroporto. Com o atendimento ao cliente como essas duas senhoras nos deram, sempre escolheríamos o doubletree.

Alyssa checked us in she was super sweet and helpful made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and housekeeping even gave us extra towels. Maria checked us out she was super busy but she took the time to make us feel important and made sure we had everything we needed before we left to the airport. With customers service like these two ladies gave us we would always choose doubletree.

Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos, bem decorados, bela vista. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, muito estacionamento gratuito. Tivemos uma estadia agradável, mas quando fazemos o check-in no telefone e na geladeira da casa, nosso quarto não funcionou, além de dois na máquina de gelo no nosso andar.

Rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated, nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of free parking. We had a nice stay, but when we check in the house phone and refrigerator our room didn't work, plus it two to the ice machine on our floor.

A equipe foi calorosa cordial e acolhedora. Gostei da minha estadia. O quarto era limpo e fresco. O café da manhã no restaurante do treinador era muito bom. A área da piscina estava limpa, minhas meninas realmente se divertiram.

The staff was warm cordial and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast at coach's restaurant was very good. The pool area was clean, my girls really enjoyed themselves.

No geral não foi ruim. Os quartos e banheiro eram limpos e as camas bem feitas. Quer dar 5 estrelas, mas, exceto Kevin, a equipe da recepção pode estar mais no topo das coisas e melhor treinada. Também apreciei o conhecimento de Kevin sobre como se locomover no Aeroporto Midway. Tive que pegar minha família no aeroporto à 1:00 da manhã e preferi não me perder como em O'Hare.

Overall it's wasn't bad. Rooms and bathroom were clean and beds well made. Want to give 5 stars but except for Kevin, front desk staff can be more on top of things and better trained. I also appreciated Kevin's knowledge of getting around Midway Airport. Had to pickup my family at airport at 1:00am and preferred not to get lost like in O'Hare.

Bien el lugar y solo que el restaurante está en remodelación por lo que no hay servicio.Accesible la ubicación del hotel sobretodo si llegas o sales del aeropuerto Midway.Recomendable
