“Fuimos al Congreso de la Academia Americana de Otorrinolaringología y nos hospedamos en este Hotel. Muy bonito y cómodo. Empleados amables… pero sufrí una caída en la bañera (está muy lisa y resbalosa)y no sentí empatía alguna, un simple lo sentimos mucho y ya. No esperaba una compensación económica,pero al menos una retribución de algún tipo.”
