“Stayed July 2-7 with 16 year old daughter. Pros: can’t beat the location, black out curtains and surprisingly quiet rooms, lounge overlooks Times Square Cons: clean but dated, $30 room credit pretty useless (mediocre buffet breakfast is $50/2 people and not served everyday, no a la carte; lounge open 5-10pm but we only got to it once as we were out every evening); poor service (we had to wait 10 min on arrival at 1am for someone at desk to check us in, room fan and safe not working and I mentioned this to staff but neither was fixed during our stay,our bags were being couriered to the hotel from our airline and I asked to have them please taken to our room on arrival-they weren’t and I needed to ask again; elevators incredibly slow and 2/3 not working 1 day); I used the 2 hour bike credit which was great tho we did need to upgrade to 4 hours which is the more standard rental time for Central Park.”

O check in e check out bem práticos, sendo esse último feito em menos de 10 segundos, sua localização não é perto da times square e sim dentro dela, mais precisamente atrás das escadas vermelhas do tkts. Seu Looby é uma coisa esplendorosa, com uma arquitetura repuxada para o lado feminino e possui WiFi grátis sim (apenas no looby/lounge, onde o registro dura exatamente 24horas e no dia seguinte no mesmo horário você precisa se desconectar e se reconectar fazendo a autorização do WiFi). Possui um sistema de segurança muito interessante, que a partir da meia noite ou 00:30, os elevadores que dão acesso para os quartos não funcionam diretamente no painel, é necessário introduzir o cartão que serve para abrir a porta para fazer a autorização e depois pressionar o andar desejado. Em alguns andares existe a venda de bebidas em máquinas e a retirada de gelo. A maior atração do hotel se da pelo RLounge, onde é um restaurante com uma visão panorâmica de toda a times square, e o melhor de tudo que mesmo pela vista o preço cobrado no restaurante não é absurdo, por sinal é bem acessível. Este hotel eu recomendo, quem fala mal, que não consegue dormir por conta de luz, de barulho, sinceramente não pode ir pra Nova York.”
