O hotel é muito confortável para se viver, o banheiro é seco e molhado, o banho é conveniente, o gel de banho tem um sabor de ervas, e há um restaurante gott, ginásio e local de banho no piso térreo! Muito bom hotel. Perto da cidade

Que hotel fantástico! Fiquei lá durante as férias de Natal e foi ótimo. Muito limpo, serviço excelente (especialmente o colega russo na recepção). Não posso recomendar este hotel o suficiente!

My wife and I spent our one year wedding anniversary on a trip to Iceland, and stayed here for a week. The hotel is nothing short of spectacular. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, well kept, and nicely laid out. Breakfast downstairs (at Gott) was everything we needed it to be. And the location was situated perfectly, within walking distance to several bus stops for tours, the Harpa for concerts, the smack in the middle of the downtown nightlife... so many restaurants, bars, and shops within a short walk. Definitely stay here :)

What a fantastic hotel! Stayed there over the Christmas holidays and it was great. Very clean, excellent service (especially the Russian fellow at the front desk). Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Really loved this hotel - the staff was great, the room and overall look of the hotel was warm and interestingly decorated, and was in a great location. The room was comfortable, modern and super clean/newly renovated. Some of the best accommodations I have had at a Hilton. Highly recommend!

Hospedou-se de 26,12 a 02,01Hotéis com localização central entre os mais famosos da cidade, não quero pensar em como são os hotéis de 3 estrelas então ...Gastamos cerca de € 500 por noite por um serviço ruim, para dizer o mínimoO pessoal da limpeza fingiu esquecer a informação que tínhamos dado sobre o calendário de limpeza e, em qualquer caso, o quarto não foi suficientemente limpoO pessoal da recepção totalmente desorganizado e também não muito educado Eles comeram atrás da cortina enquanto esperávamos alguém chegar ou se desculparam pelos descuidos com a desculpa de que geralmente não trabalhavam naquele hotel, mas em outro lugarO restaurante interno (restaurante Gott) na mesma linha de preços, mas com serviço talvez ainda piorNós o usamos no café da manhã e jantar 3 vezes porque minha namorada estava com febre e não podia sair Eu entendo que na Islândia não são fenômenos de cozinhar e acima de tudo nós, os italianos, estamos acostumados com uma culinária de alto nível, mas o que me impressionou foi a forma como nos servimos. Enquanto isso, tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar eles não colocam uma toalha de mesa, mas fazem você comer na mesa de madeira limpa com um rápido pano úmido, guardanapos de papel, garçonetes que parecem lutadores de sumô que "jogam" os pratos na mesa com o graça de um elefante com uma improvisação total até mesmo da época Eles trazem o aperitivo primeiro, depois os lembretes de que você pediu o vinho, depois o pão e assim por diante, eles continuam a pôr a mesa enquanto você janta sem nenhum constrangimento para eles é normal assim Nunca mais mesmo se fosse grátis

Com localização central, perto da rua principal de Reykjavík, onde lojas e restaurantes estão localizados. Os quartos são limpos e bem conservados. Os funcionários são agradáveis e eficientes. Good wifi. No lado negativo, o serviço de limpeza é ruim e muitas vezes as comodidades estão faltando e não são substituídas. Mesmo o banheiro não é bem limpo. O pequeno-almoço é pobre e não vale a pena.

Hotel maravilhoso! Se alguma vez voltar para a Islândia, gostaríamos de ficar aqui novamente! Bela sala, parece exatamente como faz online. Amigável equipe experiente. Centralmente localizado e tem um café da manhã maravilhoso. Também tem um bar no local com happy hour para o vinho da casa pela metade do preço e uma hora social em que os hóspedes do hotel recebem uma bebida grátis! Eles têm um spa no local e sauna disponível para os hóspedes gratuitamente. Até mesmo o minibar no quarto é complementar! Não há absolutamente nada de errado com este hotel e não há lugar melhor para ficar enquanto na Islândia. Valor incrível para o preço.

Estadía del 26.12 al 02.01Hoteles céntricos entre los más famosos de la ciudad, no quiero pensar en cómo son los hoteles de 3 estrellas entonces ...Gastamos alrededor de € 500 por noche por un mal servicio, por decir lo menos.El personal de limpieza fingió olvidar la información que le habíamos dado sobre el horario de limpieza y en cualquier caso la habitación no se limpió lo suficienteEl personal de recepción totalmente desorganizado y tampoco muy educado Comieron detrás de la cortina mientras esperábamos que llegara alguien o se disculparon por los descuidos con la excusa de que generalmente no trabajaban en ese hotel sino en otro lugarEl restaurante interno (restaurante Gott) en la misma línea de precios pero con un servicio quizás incluso peorLo usamos para el desayuno y la cena 3 veces porque mi novia tenía fiebre y no podía salir. Entiendo que en Islandia no son fenómenos para cocinar y sobre todo los italianos estamos acostumbrados a un alto nivel de cocina pero lo que me impresionó fue la forma en que nos sirvieron Mientras tanto, tanto para el desayuno como para la cena no ponen mantel sino que te hacen comer en la mesa de madera limpia con un trapo rápido de un paño húmedo, servilletas de papel, meseras que parecen luchadoras de sumo que "tiran" los platos sobre la mesa con el gracia de un elefante con una total improvisación incluso de los tiempos Primero te traen el aperitivo, luego los recordatorios de que pediste el vino, luego el pan y así sucesivamente, continúan poniendo la mesa mientras cenas sin avergonzarlos, es normal así Nunca más incluso si fuera gratis

Centrally located close to main Reykjavík main street where shops and restaurants are located. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Good WiFi. On the downside housekeeping is poor and many times amenities are missing and not replaced. Even bathroom is not cleaned well. Breakfast is poor and not worth it.

Amazing hotel! If we ever come back to Iceland, we would stay here again! Beautiful room, looks exactly like it does online. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Centrally located and has an amazing breakfast. Also has a on-site bar with happy hour for half-price house wine and a social hour in which hotel guests get a free drink! They have a on-site spa and sauna available to guests for free. Even the minibar in the room is complementary! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel and no better place to stay while in Iceland. Incredible value for the price.
