O Hotel é super bem localizado, os quartos com uma decoração nova e de bom gosto. O cofre não estava funcionando e foi imediatamente substituído. Os rapazes da portaria são super atenciosos e bem educados. O único ponto fraco é não ter WI-FI gratuito. Neste quesito os hotéis da Flórida e parques de Orlando são melhores, pois oferecem sem custo algum aos turistas.

Bom hotel, quartos pequeno, lobby excelente, estilo bem moderno. Ruim pq vc paga para receberem encomendas (5 dólares por caixa). Ótima localização, Broadway com Rua 54. Para ficar dentro de Manhattan, ótima opção.

A localização do hotel é ótimo, é possível encontrar uma variedade de restaurantes próximos, lojas, estação de metrô, a Times Square se encontra a poucas quadras de distância e o central park também está próximo, você consegue ir caminhando em vários lugares, eu realmente adorei a localização. O hotel tem um quarto bem espaçoso, o banheiro é bem claro e a ducha é muito boa. Desvantagem do hotel: o café da manhã é pago e pelo o valor deixou a desejar, o café estava frio, o omelete frio, tinha poucas opções no cardápio, a internet é paga, o serviço de housekeeping é muito tarde, no quarto não possui cafeteira.

Excelente localização. Os quartos de fato são pequenos, mas em NY é difícil achar diferente disso. Contudo, a localização compensa, pois dá pra fazer muitas coisas a pé. O hotel fica bem próximo à estação de metrô, de excelentes restaurantes, cafés, lojas de departamento, etc. A equipe foi bem atenciosa. Nos dias que estivemos por lá, acabou a água naquela região (não foi culpa do hotel) e ainda assim eles não cobraram a taxa diária de resort por aqueles dias. Recomendo.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This site will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. The staff were great and the room was good. I know during covid times they are lacking a bit such limited services with rooms and no food or drink unless you order room service (which I did not). The location was good to all the theaters. The only down fall, I did not see any handicap accessibility. I am sure there was but I did not see it so if it is a concern, I would contact the hotel. FYI, the garage parking was very close and you do get a discount from the hotel for parking fees. You will need to connect with the front desk before collecting your vehicle.

hotel was great! we stayed for three nights, they held our luggage before and after our stay. room is a little tight but perfectly enjoyable. waterfall shower was amazing along with fantastic bathroom lighting. great service, almost all staff were kind and talkative, and very clean.

An excellent hotel located within 8 blocks of all the big theatres in Times Square. Rooms are NYC sized but it's not too noisy, especially for being so close to the action. Pretty A Mangier, Starbucks, and Duane Reade are all within a block and you can't ask for much else!

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico. El personal es fabuloso, en concreto nos encantó un chico dominicano que nos trató genial. Tuvimos un problema con otro hotel y ellos nos alojaron sin problema. La habitación era grande y muy agradable, repetiríamos sin duda!!

We stayed at the Ameritania the weekend before Christmas. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating- any time we needed a taxi, the bellhops would go out and get us what we needed within minutes. The location is also great. I will absolutely stay there again when I visit again!

Great location close to time square, Columbus circle, central park and several subway stations to get you where you need to go.Many bars and restaurants close by as wellOur King-size Deluxe room was spacious while reasonably priced considering the area. The room was clean and nicely designed.Room service and breakfast is handled though and external butler service which you can order and have food or convenience items delivered to your door. Prices for that are on the higher end. Considering the many food options with a couple of yards, I had no need to try that service.Check-in and Check-out was ok but oddly uncoordinated. Checkout times were only available on demand and not included in any of the email notifications to confirm booking or check-in.

Amazing location!! We were so close to a ton of things we wanted to see and eat and there were a lot of quick bites, coffee shops and drugstores really close by. The room was comfortable, small but we didn't mind as we were out most of the day. I loved the waterfall shower and the plush bed. We had trouble with the thermostat, it was very hard to keep the room at a comfortable temp, and it fluctuated between too warm and too cold. If you're staying longer than a week I would not recommend, the room is too small to keep everything organized if you bring more than one suitcase.

This is my second time staying in this hotel,I just love the location. It's close to times square, central park, or 5th Avenue. The room is cozy and has everything I needed for my stay.Showers work perfectly fine hot water all time and I enjoy that little office next to my bed. In the lobby, check-in is pretty easy but keep in mind they check-in only at 3 pm. Only one negative this hotel has only the small gym but I was fine because two buildings next to is crunch so I joined a gym for a week. I will recommend trying to stay in this hotel because it has something unique stay for me.

Lo positivo: La ubicación es genial, el personal es amable, la habitación estaba limpia. Lo negativo: La habitación es pequeña, y una noche vi un ratón en el suelo dentro de la habitación, eso fue un trauma pero el que no tenga problema bien :( estoy segura que salió por la abertura debajo de la puerta, duramos horas buscándolo y no me dio tiempo de sacarle fotos para tener una prueba.

Hotel muy céntrico. Está bien para pasar una noche.Con la excusa del covid de 4 días limpiaron la habitación 1 sólo día. No sé puede desayunar en el hotel. En recepción únicamente hablaban inglés. Había3 ascensores y solo funcionaban 2. La limpieza baño de recepción dejaba mucho que desear. De las 4 estrellas , en mi opinión, le sobran 2.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos bons mas limpeza deixou a desejar mas com reclamações a limpeza e reposição de produtos higiene foram resolvidas , mas isso foi durante 3 diárias das 6 q.fiquei em compensação foi oferecido 3 cafés da manhã q não estavam inclusos nas diárias. Atendimento recepção bom!

Hotel muy bien situado, muy cerca de time square. Habitación está bien pero muy pequeña. No se duerme bien porque hay mucho ruido de las maquinas de lo aires acondicionados proveniente del patio intetior. Te cobran casi 20 euros diarios obligatorios por acceder a internet y por un tenteenpie que ponen sobre las 5 de la tarde que no es nada en especial y como es logico tampoco disfrutas porque estas coniciendo la ciudad.

Hotel muy bien situado, muy próximo a Times Square. Recepcionistas amables. Por las mañanas, incluido dentro del tourist tax, hay café y té "gratis" para los huéspedes. Asimismo cada día por en en las habitaciones 2 botellas de agua y nuevos geles y champús. Como punto negativo decir que las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy muy muy pequeñas, y hay mucho peligro de tropezarse con las patas de la cama y darse un buen golpe. El baño pequeño pero funcional, y la limpieza de la moqueta no es demasiado buena.

Muy amables pero necesitan limpiar los baños mejor y sacar el polvo de todas las esquinas de la habitacion. La ducha se sale toda el agua para afuera se moja todo, hay que pagar por todo y es muy caro. Las camas son comodas muy suaves eso si me gusto en lo demas esta todo bien. Solo ser considerados y no cobrar tanto por tan poco.

Hemos estado 1 semana y la valoración ha sido positiva. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero correctas, la ubicación es inmejorable, el servicio es atento y tienen pequeños detalles como dejarte dos botellines de agua a la habitacion cada día, y en el hall del hotel siempre hay a tu disposición te, agua fría y café. !Lo recomendamos!

Estuvimos con mi esposa en el hotel, la verdad la ubicación es espectacular, el servicio en general del hotel es bueno. El tamaño del cuarto es donde más problema hay ya que nos toco una habitación demasiado pequeña a penas da oportunidad de moverse de un lado a otro y con las maletas es un verdaderamente incómodo, poco lugar para poner la ropa.
