Apesar da vizinhança não ser nada turística, esse hotel está muito próximo do metrô da linha vermelha,uns 15 minutos do centro de Milão. Ótimo custo benefício!

Este hotel, nada tem á sua volta. O Metro fica a 5 minutos, demora cerca de 20 minutos a chegar ao centro de Milão. A refeição no restaurante do hotel, não é aprazível, embora o staff, seja atencioso. O pequeno almoço não é muito vasto.

Estada excelente. Atendimento atencioso, café da manhã saboroso, restaurante com pratos deliciosos. Localizado em área residencial, fica um longe do centro de Milão. Entretanto o metrô é bem próximo ao hotel, o que facilitou muito a locomoção. Experiência muito agradável.

O Hotel possui uma estrutura excelente, moderna e funcional. Os funcionários todos atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Os quartos são amplos, com camas bem confortáveis. Os banheiros bem limpos, apenas uma ressalva: No meu quarto tinha apenas uma banheira ao invés do box de ducha, bem mais prático e menos perigoso para pessoas idosas. Tirando esse detalhe, a estadia foi nota 10. O café da manhã é muito bom, com destaques para a Waffle Baker e as bebidas quentes da máquina da Nescafé. O restaurante do Hotel é bom mas, os preços dos pratos não são baratos. O Hotel fica a apenas 180 metros da estação Villa San Giovanni da linha Vermelha do metrô que te leva até o centro de Milano em poucos minutos.

We arrived to Italy really late around 22:45by the time we got ourselves sorted we were on the bus to Milan 00:45. I was worried that the hotel would be closed but I gave them a call and they were really lovely and advised we take a taxi from the town to the hotel because everything else will be closed.We arrived at the hotel and it’s beautiful, staff are really friendly and with this being our first trip to Italy they have explained everything thing really well.On the first morning we taken breakfast which was €12 each and it was actually really nice and good choice.We used the fitness room which not a lot of options but definitely all you need when on holiday. We had a good work out and the view was unreal!!We gone to the bar and we were going to get some food but the prices were a bit expensive and not a lot of choice.We enjoyed a couple of drinks and they even brought us some snacks to enjoy with our drinks. Also they heard me and my partner talk and try and sort out live football on his phone. So they came over and asked if we want to watch the game and they put it on the tv which was really nice of them 😊Overall the rooms are really nice and modern. The view out of our room isn’t the best but that’s okay.It’s 2min walk to the closest metro and about 5 min walk to Lidl where we got some snacks for the room and our day from.Everyone is very friendly on the streets and in the hotel.Grazie

Two stars for being clean and having parking included in Milan. However being located far out from then center I would be surprised if there was no parking. We stated two nights and chosen of the “ best rooms online”. Considering the hotel did not have many guests and its off season, they gave us construction side where hammering and noise started at 7:00am.!!! Heat in the room barely worked and when the heat was on max to heat the room it sounded like an airplane taking off.

We did not find 4 * hotel services. Cold in the room, no slippers, an arrogant receptionist and no inclination towards the client (the ladies were very helpful). In addition to breakfast the same food three days in a row.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very polite. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is amazing with a big variety. The position is a bit far from the center but if you buy a daily ticket for the Meteo, is very easy to access to the center of the city since the Metro stop is 2 minutes walking from the hotel! After that in about 10 minutes you are in the heart of Milano!

Hotel was very nice and experience was good. In hotel gym was nice and seemed updated than most. In hotel restaurant/ bar was very nice with good drinks. However the rooms tv was very small and outdated. Room cleanliness was good also. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel pantry was nice to have with plenty of options and a microwave to reheat food if needed. Also has restaurants within good walking distance. Subway is vey close for easy access to the city and surrounding areas! I like this hotel and recommend.

This is one of the worst Hilton hotels I've ever been to. It's not even worth even 1 star. The money I had left in the room during my stay at the hotel was gone. Unfortunately I didn't use the safe. But I went out with most of my travel expenses in my bag, and when I returned to my hotel room, I found the money in my bag gone. I reported the incident to reception and submitted a police report as they wished. Even 3-4 months after the incident, follow-up was not done properly, and there was no detailed explanation or sincere apology. A month or two later, the hotel found no evidence and closed the case with a single sentence stating that all responsibility rests with the customer. While staying at numerous hotels, I have made requests for handling large and small cases, but this was the first time I have experienced such absurd customer service in relation to a theft case. In summary, I was robbed of around 600 euros from the hotel and no action was taken. It also made his impression of Italy worse. I do not recommend that you choose this hotel unless there is a special reason.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I had cash inside of backpack in a deep pocket which means you have to dig the bag thoroughly to find the money. This was happend after housekeeping and the hotel confirmed no one else entered the roome except the housekeeper. The manager of the hotel asked me to provide all the details but giving him all the details was another waste of time. After months, he said “ Unfortunately, the case is found to be lacking in evidence proving the theft and no action has been take for.” So PLEASE make sure you bring your own CCTV to be set up in your room because you have to prove yourself incase anything happens and say no for housekeeping. The hotel doesn’t take any action about it. Even from Hilton.

Es un hotel excelente. Super comodas las habitaciones amplias y luminosas muy modernas. Tiene gym 24 hs. Te facilitan un smart phone con linea local e internet para usar durante la estadia. Sin bien esta alejado del centro hay a 100 mts una estacion metro q te deja en la puerta del duomo. Lo recomiendo para una estadia en milan y ademaa volveria sin dudas!!!

Un desastre de Hotel. En el solar de enfrente está en obras, entiendo que construyendo un edificio, por lo que a las 7 de la mañana te despierta a golpes (adjunto foto de semejante obra). Podrían avisar de esto o directamente dejar las habitaciones orientadas a esa obra vacías y meter a los clientes en las habitaciones que dan a la otra calle más cuando el hotel está vacío y no es temporada alta. A parte de todo ello el personal no está a la altura de un Hilton ni las instalaciones tampoco. Personal sieso y antipático. No fue bien en ningún aspecto, solo por el parking en la puerta. Lamentable Hotel y lamentable estancia con semejante personal. Ha sido un ENGAÑO.

Muy buena experiencia, habitaciones sorprendentes y buen bufete para desayunar. Solo decir que tal vez la ubicación no sea la mejor, aunque el hotel está cerca de una parada de metro que te lleva a el centro en 10 min. Buen trato y experiencia. Cada noche te cobran ademas 5€ extras por las tasas de alojamiento del ayuntamiento de Milán. Los precios de la cena y la comida son un poco prohibitivos. Muy moderno y con aire acondicionado y wifi.

Puntos positivos: tiene parada de metro M1 casi en la puerta. El colchón en bastante bueno. Bastante variedad y calidad del desayuno. Habitación espaciosa. Recepcionistas hablan español.Puntos negativos: comer en la cafetería es caro y de calidad mediocre. La calidad de las almohadas es mejorable. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y molesto. Muy malas vistas. Puntos de luz caóticos, cada uno acciona luces distintas y desespera. Un día a las 16:00 todavía no estaba hecha la habitación, tuve que reclamarlo y pusieron pegas aunque la hicieron. Limpiadoras muy ruidosas. Parquing bastante pequeñoEn definitiva, demasiados puntos negativos para un hotel de cuatro estrellas de una cadena reconocida.

Atención excelente. Alta profesionalidad y responsabilidad. Las habitaciones parecieran a estrenar de lo limpio que estaban. La ubicación excelente a pocos metros de la estación del metro. La verdad es que ha sido una estancia agradable. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Un hotel sublime. Un poco alejado del centro pero las habitaciones lo tienen todo. Baño especial con varios tipos de chorros, un cristal que no se empaña. La temperatura siempre perfecta y la cama era como dormir en una nube. El personal serio pero muy correcto. Un buen hotel.

El hotel está bien acordé a sus 4 estrellas. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. El bufete de desayuno es normalito. Está bien ubicado ya que pese a estar en las afueras tienes el metro a escasos 100 m que te comunica con el centro ennada. Es el típico hotel de congresos. Recomendable pro sin sobresalir

Hotel moderno y funcional. Su situación no es céntrica, lo que hace que le ponga 3 estrellas.Si bien es cierto que el metro está cerca., pero por lo menos tarda 15 o 20 minutosLas habitaciones muy funcionales e incluso lujosas, pero pequeñas. El baño lujoso, pero las amenidades muy escasas,sin jabón de manos y un tarrito minúsculo de gel para dos personas. Horario de comidas muy estricto. LA Cena un verdadero suplicio, no había casi nadie y una espera interminable. Además los precios muy caros para su calidad.
