“This Hotel and service is outstanding, from the decor to the fine cuisine I would rate this 100%, after staying here for one night. Andrea at Guest Services made our stay so comfortable and went out of her way to exceed my expectations. I would like to personally thank Andrea for her level of professionalism and her keen sense of detail, I will never stay anywhere else in Toronto after experiencing this level of service.”

“The good: Beautiful rooms (decor is a little corny though, the hotel is obsessed with Andy Warhol for some reason). Pool is beautiful. The bad: Very strange shower design. there is no glass or curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so after use the entire bathroom is soaked. Including the counter tops... Hotel service is pretty terrible: When we arrived we noticed there was no self-park option, so we called the Hotel for the valet— had to call multiple times for someone to pick up (when they did eventually answer it was with an attitude) we then proceeded to wait half hour before we parked. The whole check in process was about 45 minutes with no apology. We avoided talking with any of the staff after that. It just was not the experience I was expecting. Oh and the coffee machine didn’t work.”
