“This hotel probably has one of the worse management I’ve ever seen. During our stay the air conditioning in our room broke down. After a few unsuccessful try to fix it, they let us stay that night with no a/c. We couldn’t sleep the entire night. The hotel never offered us to temporary change the room for the night when they had a lot available. I think they can do better at solving inconvenient situations to client during their stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their lack of touch and respect to their customer. An apology was never made from the management about this situation.”

“En cuanto a infraestructura me pareció excelente pero ahí termina lo excelente. Es deplorable el servicio de las habitaciones. Llevamos cinco días en el hotel y no nos hacen el servicio en la habitación. Lograr reclamar por teléfono desde la habitación es imposible. No atienden en recepción y si se da el milagro que lo hacen te dicen aguarde un momento sin escuchar el reclamo y te dejan eternamente esperando con música y nadie responde. Los cinco días hicimos el reclamo personalmente en recepción. Te atienden bien y se disculpan prometiendo que no volverá a ocurrir y sistemáticamente se repite. Hace dos horas volvimos a reclamar al gerente del hotel (no puedo asegurar que lo sea porque no lo acredito de ninguna manera) muy amablemente se disculpó y dijo que no se volvería a repetir y seguimos esperando, nadie vino a hacer la habitación, ni a traer las toallas ni ningún elemento de aseo personal. Desde ya aclaró que es un problema del que tiene a su cargo la organización porque evidentemente no controla ni supervisa que el trabajo se haga y se haga bien. Respecto a los empleados en general son de lo más amables y educados. Con esto quiero resaltar que es un problema del que tiene a cargo la organización y supervisión del hotel y no de los trabajadores. Jamás recomendaría este hotel ya que hasta el momento la experiencia es deplorable”
