There was a receptionist who appeared to be there from lights up to lights out. Even though she was obviously working extremely long days, she was the most pleasant and helpful person at a hotel I have had the pleasure of dealing with at a hotel. I would give her a 20 out of 10 rating she was that great. After twice she remembered my name, room number etc. This woman needs a raise and promotion! Your hotel is top notch thanks to having her as a staff member. I wish I could recall her name but the amount of hours she put in, I’m sure it won’t be difficult finding it.

Stayed 2 nights for a work trip. Older hotel that is beginning to show age. There was no hot water for a shower in the evening either night. It was only lukewarm in the morning. This needs to be addressed. Hot tub was closed as well. Will be staying elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Do not expect to take a hot shower. This hotel doesn’t have any hot water. We tried in the evening around 3- no hot water. Called front desk whom said they would send someone out. Got back to hotel around midnight to yet again no hot water to shower in. No hot water again in the morning before we left. When we checked out I again informed of my issue with hot water and was offered a free snack for my inconvenience. (I don’t want a free soda, I wanted a hot shower) Other wise the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. But not having hot water to take a shower is a huge downfall for me. Wouldn’t stay again because of this.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Patrick at the front desk was really fantastic and had the most upbeat personality. Some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in quite some time. Staci was terrific at breakfast, always attentive and checked back often to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms were quite clean, the only slight issue was that the hot water took about 5-10 minutes to make it to my shower/sink. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Check in was easy, the room seemed nice and the lobby/facilities were nice. When we checked in at the front desk we were told there is a free continental breakfast in the morning, or you can pay $11.95 to order Menu Items. In the morning we were told in order to eat ANY breakfast we needed to pay the $11.95, so we left for breakfast. Later that night went to take a shower and there was no hot water in our room at all. Called the front desk to no answer. Waited until the morning and the hot water was back on. The basic essentials of hotels were not provided in this stay other than a place to sleep.

The rooms were spacious an accommodating. Thie hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping districts. The hotel itself has a pool , patio & etc. They were very covid friendly in terms of protecting the guest.

Very nice HGI property. The rooms are nice, facility super clean and they are taking all COVID precautions. A Texas Roadhouse right in the parking lot. We plan to stop in again.

Expected better

Upon checking in we were never told about the complimentary breakfast and itâs not listed on the website in the amenities. Room is ok, shelves were dusty. Bed was too hard for me so didnât sleep well.
