Me alojé aquí las noches de 25 y 26 de Septiembre junto a mi hermano y mis padres. Hotel céntrico, con habitaciones grandes, luminosas, con buena limpieza y camas cómodas. La atención de los recepcionistas fue exquisita, y el desayuno está muy bien surtido. Superó mis expectativas. Hotel para repetir, sin duda.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The service was fine, the sheets and towels were good quality but the room stank like a urinal. The toilet and bidet were in their own little room and I am wondering if in general there is an issue with the plumbing. It is an older building, but heh, aren’t all the buildings pretty old? Definitely had to keep the door to the toilet shut and the windows open to get rid of the smell. The baseboards were shabby and looked dirty. There are other nicer hotels at same price point without the funky smell and shabby look. The hotel itself smelled a bit funny as well.

Lugar muy céntrico, próximo a la casa Botines, zonas de tapeo, al aparcamiento de Santo Domingo que es muy grande y recomendable. Hotel precioso, el más bonito al que fui. Era para una boda e íbamos los novios e invitados. Pudimos hacer unas fotos muy bonitas. Habitaciones preciosas, decoración, acogedoras. Eran diferentes unas de otras. En mi caso, tenía escalón para acceder a la zona de bañera y en la zona del water había una especie de tabique. Complicado para personas con movilidad reducida. Este tema es importante. El acceso al interior del edificio no cuenta con rampa o algo para personas en silla de ruedas o dificultades.Si lo hay, no lo vi señalizado. Al ser tantos pisos y habitaciones, puede coincidir que no hay forma de pillar el ascensor. Fue lo que nos pasó ( no es culpa de nadie). Desayunos muy buenos. Espacio agradable. Es una pena que no tengan cafetería o máquina para tomar algo al menos en horario de día. Personal y limpieza muy bien. Muy amables los de recepción y desayuno. Nos recomendaron unas peluquerías próximas y fue un acierto.

Nos ha gustado todo, en general,La estancia estupenda, la habitación muy bonita con vistas a la plaza. La atención por parte de todo el personal intachable y de mucha amabilidad del primero al último, tanto por parte de recepción como del personal de limpieza. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. la única pega sería el ascensor único para todo el hotel y el parking que hay que andar muy fino y al que no se puede acceder con coches muy grandes. La situación del hotel es muy buena a pocos minutos de la Catedral y el barrio húmedo.

Habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Tiene parking privado en la acera de enfrente. Si vas con un coche mediano o pequeño no tendrás problemas (es una planta -2). Con coche grande es probable que tengas que hacer maniobra. En general, el hotel esta fenomenal y muy bien ubicado. Repetiremos!

Con 4 estrellas y por el precio, me esperaba mucha más calidad. Primero, tremendas dificultades para hacer la reserva. Segundo, nos aseguraron cama de matrimonio y, ¡sorpresa!, tuvimos dos camas individuales. Tercero y lo que a mí, personalmente, más me molestó: la deficiente limpieza de la habitación. Había pelos en el baño, la bañera no la pudimos usar porque nos dio miedo su estado, el armario lleno de polvo y cachitos de la pared, las cortinas daba cosa tocarlas, etc. Tampoco había jabón de manos, pero lo pedimos y nos lo dieron. Lo único bueno, a mi parecer, es la ubicación ya que es un hotel muy céntrico. La decoración del hall también es bonita. Si vas en silla de ruedas o tienes algún problema para acceder a sitios estrechos, ni te lo pienses: no cabes por el pasillo ni en el váter, que está a un palmo (literalmente) del bidét.

Hotel reformado con una ubicación excelente, a escasos pasos de Casa Botines y del centro de Leon. Las habitaciones son modernas, con una decoración bonita y muy amplias, lo único distinto sería que el vater esta separado de la ducha. El desayuno es muy variado y con ingredientes frescos, además la mayoría del personal es muy amable y colaborador. Muy recomendado, volveríamos seguro.

Nuestra habitación 406, estupenda, cuarta planta, justo en la esquina del edificio con vistas a la ciudad, consta de tres estancias: salita, habitación y baño. Todo limpio. Cama cómoda de 150cm. En el baño los jabones son tarros grandes de jabón y shampoo , así q no necesitas nada especial más que suficiente la cantidad, también hay secador de pelo grande. 😉

Excelente. Desde el primer momento a la llegada el trato fue excelente. La decoración es preciosa, con muchos detalles, la ubicación inmejorable y el desayuno muy bueno. No muy grande, pero con todo lo que puede apetecer te. La limpieza de la habitación también perfecta. Volveré seguro.

This hotel is beautiful! It is located close to every major attraction in Leon. The breakfast offers many options and the food is very good. The bed linens and pillows are higher end than one usually finds at similar hotels. My only complaint concerns a middle aged man at reception. He was very rude to me on two occasions and demanded that I move to a different location in front of his small counter to accommodate him. There was no logical reason for his demand other than some desire to exert power over a woman. He did not show the respect and warmth one usually finds in the Spanish hospitality industry. I hope that management will work to help him improve his customer service skills.

Wow! The inside is tastefully decorated while keeping the old style architecture…a good marriage of style and elegance. Very clean, staff was charming, breakfast had a good selection that should please most palates. Look up when you walk inside the lobby as you have a great photo opportunity! Rooms were fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. The bath had grips for showering but be mindful as when you get wet it is still a little slippery (just don’t dance). There are no safety railings but the sink is close by. We stayed on the 5th floor and got a nice view of the apartments across the street! Good closet and drawer space. The toilet is separate from bath, a nice plus. There is a minibar. For coffee and tea lovers no machine in the room. However the water was hot enough that we made a good tea as we bring our own tea bags. Enough space to lay out two suitcases. We were able to exercise in the room with our tubing. The windows opened, but watch carefully if you have children or balance issues! Centrally located to the major tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Excellent location and very comfortable. What makes this 5 star is the people who work here. The staff at reception in particular were fantastic - always went above and beyond, even with requests outside of hotel services. Special mention to Estafania - thanks for all of your help.

I stayed here for three nights due to business reasons and my room was booked by local partner company. Hotel is very, very clean and tidy with fast internet and very friendly stuff. I had a very comfortable room with big 120-cm beds. Breakfast was served on remarkable way and the overall feeling was more like 5-star hotel than 4-star. In overall, this hotel is an excellent place to stay and price-to-value ratio is really excellent.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for the centre of Leon. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. It's quiet during the night and the breakfast is the best I had in any hotel that I stayed at in Spain. The only downside was that there is only one small lift for a busy eight floor hotel.
