“We recently spent 6 nights at this hotel. We were on vacation from Toronto & we were little skeptical about this place initially as it was our first time in Cancun, however, when we got there we were very impressed by the location, quality of food, cleanliness and the great customer service. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned it every day too. They responded to all our inquiries. There were shows every night and the Italian restaurant was fantastic. You need to make reservation at the Italian Restaurant and the Chinese one too but all worth it for sure. There was a nice shopping mall steps away ( Literally 2 minutes walk ) has a great shopping area upstairs and good selection of gift shops. I wanted to thank Manuel and Ismael who provided us with excellent service.”
