“Esta foi a minha segunda vez no Double Tree San Juan durante a minha viagem para PR. Decidi ficar no hotel na noite anterior à minha partida porque é conveniente ficar perto do aeroporto. Jantei no restaurante novamente e fiquei feliz em ver Keliz trabalhando naquela noite. Ela é realmente uma pessoa e funcionária maravilhosa. Eu também tomei café da manhã com minha mãe e Melanie foi a nossa garçonete. Ela é muito simpática, cortês e profissional. O gerente e a equipe da recepção são muito confortáveis. Você tem uma ótima equipe! Não mude nada! Obrigado por uma excelente estadia.”

“A estadia real foi ok. É um hotel decente em uma localização relativamente boa. Lidar com o faturamento e a cobrança aleatória de $ 300 que apareceu no meu cartão um mês depois, foi uma dor. Não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo nos bastidores aqui, mas tive uma experiência absolutamente terrível lidando com a equipe e resolvendo meus problemas com as contas. Devido à enorme dor de cabeça que tenho enfrentado por ser jogada entre os vários departamentos (nenhum deles parece saber o que está acontecendo), eu não ficaria aqui novamente.
