“I had a wonderful stay here, they treat me very well as a Bonvoy Platinum guest. I had a bad experience at W Istanbul, left W at 7am and check in to the St. Regis Istanbul around 7:40am. The very professional staff try his very best to get my room ready for me and offered me to have breakfast to make up my day after chaotic stay at rubbish W Istanbul. The room I got is very clean and full of natural light, you can open the window to get fresh air. Bed is super comfortable and wash room is spacious. The breakfast option is a bit limited but all serve in top quality, their Turkish coffee was super! You may order from the butler to the room all day long. I was also offered chocolate strawberries, nuts, fruits , one bottle of premium mineral water and one bottle of premium sparkling mineral water. The gym equipments are good for weight and cardio exercises, pools are very unique with 3 different rooms.”
