Tão triste ver este hotel se foi! O restaurante anexo foi delicioso com o melhor serviço. O gerente Michelle foi encantadora !! 5 anos atrás, ficamos aqui para a nossa lua de mel. O quarto com jacuzzi e lareira com chuveiro para duas pessoas foi uma verdadeira jóia! No nosso aniversário, queríamos voltar, mas eles estão permanentemente fechados. Nenhum outro quarto à beira-mar com jacuzzi oferece lareira no quarto também. Muito triste ver este hotel foi.

So sad to see this hotel is gone! The attached restaurant was delicious with the BEST service. The manager Michelle was delightful!! 5 years ago we stayed here for our honeymoon. The room with a jacuzzi and fireplace with a two person shower was a true gem! For our anniversary we wanted to come back however they're permanently closed. No other oceanfront room with a jacuzzi offers a in-room fireplace as well. Very sad to see this hotel gone.

Lugar legal. Funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Poderia usar alguma atualização, mas não deixe que isso o impeça de vir aqui. Diz café da manhã continental, mas é muito melhor do que isso. Eles têm sanduíches de café-da-manhã, aveia, frutas, cereais, doces apenas para citar algumas coisas. Oh e biscoitos recém-assados de chocolate durante o dia !!!!

O estacionamento foi um pesadelo quando chegamos à meia-noite, por isso, se você dirigir um caminhão, chegar cedo. A equipe foi amigável, a piscina foi impecáveis, os quartos são antigos, mas nós o se a estadia. Aparentemente, o mesmo acontecia com todos os garotos malucos da faculdade, senão a nossa estadia era agradável. Minha única queixa era o cheiro de erva daninha derramando em nosso quarto devido à porta do pátio nunca trancando todo o caminho. Certifique-se de verificar a sua porta do pátio como outro hóspede ficou bloqueado na sua varanda durante a nossa estadia.

OK, piscina é ok, a equipe cordial e atenciosa. A equipe foi excepcionalmente confortáveis e enquanto isso não pode ser o melhor hotel da cidade, provavelmente ficaria lá novamente apenas porque da equipe. certamente não o melhor, muito fora datado e velho. Você pode dizer que nenhuma manutenção de rotina é feita, apenas consertar o que está quebrado, e isso seria a definição deles do que está quebrado ou talvez eles tenham sido instruídos a fazer apenas o que está quebrado. Piscina teria sido melhor se a área da piscina e corredores foram aquecidos, muito frio voltar para o quarto.

Ok, Pool is ok, staff very friendly & helpful. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and while this may not be the best hotel in town we would probably stay there again just because of the staff. certainly not the best, very out dated & old. U can tell no routine maintenance is done, only fix what is broke, and that would be their definition of what's broke or maybe they have been instructed to fiz only what is broke. Pool would have been nicer if the pool area & hallways were heated, very cold getting back to the room.

Nice place. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Could use some updating but do not let that keep you from coming here. Says continental breakfast but it is much better than that. They have breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, pastries just to name some things. Oh and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies during day!!!!

Parking was a nightmare when we arrived at midnight, so if you drive a truck, get there early. The staff was friendly, the pool was clean, the rooms are dated but we enjoyed our stay. Apparently so did all the crazy college kids, otherwise our stay was enjoyable. My only gripe was the smell of weed pouring into our room due to the patio door never latching all the way. Make sure you check your patio door as another guest got locked onto their balcony during our stay.

I am currently checked in to this hotel and I must say the view and customer service is absolutely amazing. Amber and Iris are the sweetest and friendliest people you ever want to meet.The hotel itself is a little bit dated but very clean. Breakfast is continental, but they have a great selection of things for it to be continental. I also have a jacuzzi in my King suite which is a plus. I haven’t checked out the indoor pool yet, but by me walking past it, it looks decent. So far I am enjoying my stay here. And again the staff here is by far the best! I think because of the staff, view, and cleanliness of the room, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service by Amber at the front desk!! She was friendly and courteous and did her best to make sure we were comfortable. 5+ for her!! Hotel needs painting and thorough cleaning. Upgrades are needed NOW!! Over all good stay!

Avoid this hotel. The first room we were given only had hot water for the shower (cold was not running), the fan in the bathroom did not function, and the room was full of little flying bugs. The staff was nice enough to accommodate us into a different room when we expressed our dislike. The second room was only slightly better. The tub was in extreme disrepair and the bathroom faucet leaked. The good points were that the breakfast was okay and the housekeeping staff (especially Dinora) were very nice and helpful. Wyndham should repair this hotel!

Run! Run away from the thought of booking a room here! Pictures on website are deceiving! Parking lot is poorly lit. Whole building smells damp and musty. Linens were stained. Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Room number had fallen off the door. Door frames are rusting. No towels in the room, called the front desk and no one ever showed. Service from front desk staff was mixed. I picked this hotel because it was $30-40 less than the others and boy do I regret it. I understand that this facility was independently operated but I don’t think I could trust the Baymont franchise again.

Los cuartos están bien destruidos ,las cosas cayéndose, el toilet corriendo toda la noche . Las camas estaban confortable y limpia ,pero lo demás, nada que ver . El desayuno estaba pasable y tienen variedades de cosas para picar y beber . Esta bien cerca de la playa y el restaurante que tiene abajo está demasiado bueno . Los pasillos un poco desagradable.... El view hacia la playa me gusto !!! La piscina chimvisima a lo venezolano!!! Al menoz que no tengan mucho dinero o opción para hospedarse, esta bien el lugar .

Siempre que vamos a la playa nos hospedamos ahí, nos encanta la ubicación y la cercanía a la playa, no es un hotel de lujo pero el precio que se paga está bien, sobretodo si vas en temporada alta.
