Foram 10 dias de férias vivendo o ambiente do hotel. Serviço atencioso mas algumas vezes confuso, provavelmente devido a mal entendido de línguas. Ficamos hospedados num quarto com Ocean View, o que deveria ser Top, porém nos colocaram no andar -1, no nível da praia, com escadas pro térreo do hotel, causando problemas de privacidade e desconforto com vento de areia Eu voltaria a me hospedar lá porém não pelo preço que me foi cobrado.

Ame estar hospedada con ustedes, los alimentos, el servicio, etc… mis hijos felices, un ambiente muy seguro con el tema COVID… y en especial hacer una mención al chico Álvaro ( no se su apellido) Maribel de áreas públicas y Alejandra…por olvidadiza deje mi cartera en la zona de camastros y al darme cuenta 1 hora después baje a buscarla y la encontré exactamente donde la había dejado con todas mis pertenencias completas, soy del DF y aquí no duraría ni un minuto mi cartera, la honestidad es un valor que hoy en pocos lugares y personas lo tienen, y Álvaro cuenta con ese valor y a las chicas por apoyarme, en verdad una grata experiencia que ya hasta socios somos 😍 esperamos regresar muy pronto !!! En general todo el personal tienen una excelente atención Gracias

Love the hotel, dining options, pool and beach area as well as incredible guest services! Seriously, the guest services were top notch! Servers remembering your name and preferences for drinks/food is the key to my heart! The spa has 15 different massages and awesome services! I only wish the hotel was keeping up with the Covid times and not enforcing such strict mask policies.

Las habitaciones buenas, en lo personal creo que es un hotel con antigüedad y un toque moderno El servicio en su mayoría excelente exceptuando que algunos empleados al percatarse de la nacionalidad te tratan con menor atención, los alimentos super variados cada día y deliciosos, las bebidas por igual sobretodo con el bartender del centro de la zona de albercas. A la ubicación le doy 4 estrellas pues el mar rompe con una intensidad considerable en esta zona lo que dificulta convivir con los niños

We just concluded our first visit to Cancun and we spent it here. What a great hotel! We were spoiled to death by nearly everyone we interacted with. The entire hotel feels open and clean how it should be. The rooms were cleaned every day and the lay out of the room is very cool, especially the restroom area. The pool area was also clean and the water quality was meticulously cared for around the clock. The bars and restaurants around the pool are always willing and ready to help out with anything you need. There are vendors on the beach, but they won’t bother you unless you’re interested in their wares. At night there is almost always live music or other types of entertainment in the lobby bar. The spa is a must try also! All that said, I’m very much looking forward to returning hopefully in the near future! Thank you Fiesta Americana!

Me and my friend stayed for five nights. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the place is kept very clean! Our room was pretty and we didn't have any issues (shower was hot, the A/C was cold, and beds were comfortable). The food was better than I expected from an all inclusive, and they had a decent amount of vegetarian options. Cocktails were a bit inconsistent and could use some work, but were good enough. My main complaint is that guests put their things in the chairs by the pool and leave it so you can't use them. Overall, a great vacation 😊

Amazing experience throughout! Restaurants had amazing food above my expectations- the best freshest churros and were so helpful when we asked to switch rooms. Staff were always helpful and pleasant from the front desk to cleaners to servers. Lovely pool. Would gladly make it my regular place!

Very nice resort. The pools were a little crowded but the in-pool bar’s drinks were good. The food was good at each restaurant, especially the buffet styled restaurant and breakfast was always 10/10. Fun activities to do on the beach and enough space for everyone.

Such a brilliant week! The food was great, the staff were amazing and the hotel was lovely. The pool is a clever design providing different areas for kids or games or adults. So many places to eat and drink. Never been looked after so much on holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel as a whole was outstanding. The room was superb. Our maid, Gabriela, was the best. Will definitely return.

I only have the Excellence and The Beloved to compare to at the time of this review (2015ish?) which are 5 star resorts. The service as one would expect is great. Being in the hotel zone, and I'm here during spring break, it's pretty packed. I prefer a more exclusive and isolated experience, but we knew that's not what you'd get here. The rooms are standard size, but the bathroom is pretty tiny since the toilet and shower are separated from the sink. The beds are my main gripe. They smell a little funky.

Todo fue muy agradable, el personal siempre estuvo atento a las necesidades que uno tuviera, la comida en Rosato es muy buena, los postres son excelentes. No tengo ninguna queja más que no haber tenido más tiempo para disfrutar más días en este gran hotel y les agradezco a todos los del personal ya que la estancia fue magnífica.

El servicio y la atencion muy buenos! No hay mucha movida nocturna, ni shows todas las noches, mas bien familiero, con distintos sectores en las piletas donde pasar el dia o la tarde. Los restaurants son 6, solo uno con reserva previa, igualmente no abren todos todos los dias.

We had such a lovely long weekend at Fiesta Americana! The staff was extremely respectful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and in good shape. We loved the drinks- no bottom shelf brands here! And the food…. I had set my expectations fairly moderate. Most all inclusive resorts aren’t known for their food, however, Fiesta Americana had some GREAT food. The sushi corner was my favorite or maybe the pool side burrito style hamburger! I can’t recommend Fiesta Americana enough :)

A estrutura do hotel por si só já deslumbra. É, de fato, muito lindo. De encher os olhos. Passei apenas 2 noites no hotel e o que vejo como prós e contras: Prós: 1_Os drinks alcoólicos são muito bem feitos. Única frozen marguerita que gostei no México. 2_Os quartos e espaços comuns são muito limpos e bonitos.Contras: 1_Os hóspedes acordam cedo e marcam todas as espreguiçadeiras com suas toalhas mesmo que não forem usar. Assim, se você desce para a piscina às 10 da manhã, já não encontra mais espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Deveriam fazer algum tipo de controle. 2_As comidas dos restaurantes internacionais não são saborosas. Apesar dos pratos serem bonitos na apresentação, o sabor não é bom. No restaurante tailandês, por exemplo, nenhum dos pratos pedidos estavam bons.

Pésima experiencia, servicio de 4ta y la calidad de la comida es super mala.Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en un hotel de fiesta Americana y ambas experiencias malas. El pasado fue el live aqua y terminamos en el hospital por intoxicación.No lo recomiendo ni un poco

The resort is wonderful.Staff is outstanding.Food is extremely good for an all-inclusive.Rooms are comfortable and smartly designed, if you are travelling with kids.The pools and beach are excellent.The only area in need of improvement is the entertainment and the theater itself, but it's not enough to keep you away.

Nice vacation spot. About 20 minutes from the airport. The Manager of the Steak Restaurant (Hector) as well the Manager of the main restaurant were exceptional with their service delivery. Every other employee we encountered were also super friendly. Food was great and the amenities were well maintained. Great experience!!!

Honestamente, superó mis expectativas, aunque hay áreas de oportunidad en el hotel. Abriendo con el tema actual, el control de cubrebocas es difícil, y honestamente, la gran parte de los extranjeros andan aquí como si nada sucediera, probablemente por haber acudido en fechas saturadas fue difícil para el personal del hotel tener control. El personal en general es muy amable, solo puedo recordar en el bufete de la mañana, al un Sr que nos recibía a todos y se observaba harto y grosero, pero fue la única ocasión. Las habitaciones: había leído un review diciendo que había mucho ruido, pero para mi suerte, no, dormí como bebé, tanto que podía dormir hasta que yo quisiera. En la alberca y habitaciones las toallas requieren mejorar. Por otro lado, entiendo que están haciendo remodelaciones, pero el área de la alberca está sumamente llena de camastros, sin ningún tipo de espacio. El mejor restaurante para mi, el Italiano, tuve que volver y comer ese maravilloso carpaccio, tenía todo lo que buscaba, excelente equilibrio de sabores y texturas. Y otro buen lugar a explorar, es el restaurante de mariscos, el pescado frito, una cosa deliciosa verdaderamente. Extra felicitaciones al proceso de check in, suuuper rápido y posiblemente corrí con suerte, pero incluso ingrese antes de lo estimaba. Ojo a la confusión de pulseras que dan, pues tuvieron colores muy similares entre los que podían seguir consumiendo y los que no, y pues ya no nos querían dar ni cervezas :( En general, una bonita sorpresa!

First of all, I must say we had a wonderful time. Staff inside the restaurants and serving drinks were amazing and so pleasant. The rooms were very very clean, extremely impressed with that. Here is my reason for the 3 stars. We wanted to go into town and were told about the buses so wanting to do that, we were approached by one of the desk clerks who said they provide a shuttle to and from the shopping location, we said great. What he actually booked us on was a shopping tour. Complete waste of time, 3 hours and we went to 2 touristy stores and were not allowed to leave the stores, walk around, nothing but stay in the store while they tried to sell us tequila. Second thing is we wanted to do the Fuego excursion. I talked to the guy at the front desk, he gave me the info, pricing, wrote up a ticket. He told me to meet him at the desk or meet the driver downstairs the following day at 3pm. I left my phone at the desk and came back for it a little while later and confirmed the 3pm for the next day, he said yes all good and I went on my way. The next day, I got down around 2:45pm and was told by another person at the front desk that the guy destroyed my ticket because I never paid. There was no mention of payment at all the previous day, the man (Martin maybe?) didn't ask me for payment or a credit card or anything. I did give a credit card at time of check in so I figured it would be charged to that. Also, when I went back to grab my phone, he could have asked me for payment then. Your staff knows the policies, I do not. If payment is required, your staff needs to either ask for it or be more assertive and correctly explain things. I spent 20 minutes talking to the guy about what to do/ what not to do on the excursion and it was devastating that he made such a mistake. We napped the morning away getting ready for it (excursion was about 3pm to midnight) and we wasted a good portion of the day. My other qualm about this, was when I went back to get my phone, the guy said oh yeah I noticed you left your phone, I was hoping you'd come back for it. The phone was on the edge of the desk right where I left it. I would think with a hotel as big as this one, they would either put it behind the desk or store or safely knowing someone would come back for it.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience. I just got back and we are already thinking of our next visit. Their staff was friendly and very attentive. The food at their restaurants was top notch! They have a swimming pool that will make you want to stay there forever. Our last day was amazing and their staff in the kitchen (Pablo, Adrián, Osiris and pretty much everyone else) made us feel like part of the family. Amazing! So excited to come back! Got this place for a fantastic price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm extremely happy I stayed here for much less than what I typically pay. There is a reason we return to this resort year after year! Service, food, drinks, rooms are all amazing. We've been down here many times and stayed at lots of places, but there is no family resort better than the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún. You will never get this level of service in the USA, period. See you next year and thanks for the great memories.

Hotel muito aconchegante, ótima estrutura, atendimento excelente, comida saborosa e com variedade. Bar super ágil, porém senti falta de drinks mais elaborados e saborosos, tinha a sensação que todos tinham o mesmo gosto. Pra quem busca badalação ou um hotel mais animado, acredito que este não seja uma opção a se considerar, ambiente bastante familiar e com programação tranquila. Não sei aos finais de semana, mas acredito não fugir muito do que presenciamos. Quarto super bonito(pegamos com vista mar e tinha uma varandinha delicia), cama SUPER confortável, quarto moderno e novo. Serviço de quarto otimo também. Recomendo sem dúvida.

First of all, the hotel is very esthetically pleasing. It is centered in the beautiful city of Cancun, Mexico. The beach is amazing and so is the pool. They have a swim up bar which is amazing for when you are all wet and want a drink (honestly one of my favorite parts). I went on vacation to this hotel with my boyfriend for his birthday. I wanted to have everything all included (especially the alcohol) and we are sort of a young couple (in our late 20's) . Honestly, the hotel seemed more for families which should be expressed in the description. The food was good but if you did not make dinner reservations you were basically out of luck which sucks because they run out of reservations quickly (how does that even happen in an "all inclusive"). Apart from that, we had issues the whole time with out room door. They give you a bracelet to get in and out of your room as a key and our door was giving us issues the whole time. It literally never got fixed the whole time we were there, even when they gave me a master key, sometimes the door would not open. They have AquaWorld specials in the resort and that was amazing to me (even though the weather made the water choppy, I had fun). Another aspect of the hotel that did not sit well with me is that they stop serving alcohol at 11pm. I am not an alcoholic but it was a vacation so if you wanted to drink past 11pm you would either have to go out (so you spend money) or buy a bottle from them which was annoying because we paid close to 2k on the hotel because we thought it would be "all inclusive" Overall, I had fun. We made the best out of it but if you are a young couple this may not be the spot. I will definitely be looking for a 21 and over hotel next time but for a family vacation, I will definitely be going back here.

This place was amazing. The staff was so extra nice and attentive. They really do care about you and want you to have a good time. The food was amazing. At every single restaurant we ate at, there was not one thing we did not like. The were also very attentive to our needs. The view is amazing from the beach.
