“The customer service and professionalism is superb. I met the manager in the morning, and I must say she was amazing. Despite the piece of hair in the shower which is pretty common, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Third floor was also quiet. I appreciate the cameras on the floor for added security. Minimum breakfast but healthy options was much appreciated.”

“We stopped for a stay on a long road trip from Wisconsin to NY. When we got there, the room we were originally given looked nice at first glance, however the door didn’t latch closed and the desk lamp had to be smacked in order to turn on and even then it flickered. Someone could’ve just pushed their way into the room. When we went down, explained about the door and requested a new room we were asked “Well, does the lock work at least?” Seriously. We were eventually given a new room on the first floor. The couch was filthy and stained as if nobody ever cleans it. The curtains were ripped. Plugs and ISB ports on nightstand were broken. It looked like we just checked into a cheap motel. Not at all what we expect out of a Hampton Inn. We are loyal Hilton Honors members and consistently stay in Hilton owned properties and even own a Hilton timeshare. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in this stay. Our son was so uncomfortable here & wanted to leave to find a different hotel.”
