“Great hotel!! Location was perfect for our visit being located on the red train line. Service was fantastic, freindly employees. Rooms were clean and well stocked. No issues with extending our stay an extra night. Valet service was great, Ray offered any recommendations and was very pleasant to chat with. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“Great location in the Loop above an existing theater. An older building that was restored into a hotel so it has character. You are within walking distance to many attractions, the River Walk and the lake shore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast and the hostess, Ismeta, was the highlight of our stay. She made sure we had enough to eat (waffles), coffee, water, everything we needed and with an exuberance and kindness that you don’t often see. She set the tone for the start of our day. What a great experience!”
