Stayed in Hammond and Schererville locations... stellar staff! These young people are well-spoken, thoughtful, kind, professional, polite and problem-solvers! Estamos muito satisfeitos em ficar 5 dias no Hampton Inn. Os preços eram razoáveis e o quarto veio com tudo o que precisávamos. (Microondas, geladeira e cafeteira) A cama/travesseiros somos TÃO confortáveis. Eles também têm uma piscina, centro de fitness e pequeno-almoço gratuito. A equipe foi EXCELENTE. A localização fica a uma curta distância do Walmart, do supermercado Strack n Van Til, do White Castle e de muitos outros restaurantes.

Estamos muy contentos de quedarnos 5 días en el Hampton Inn. Los precios eran razonables y la habitación venía con todo lo que necesitábamos. (Microondas, nevera y cafetera) La cama y las almohadas son TAN cómodas. También tienen piscina, gimnasio y desayuno gratis. El personal fue EXCELENTE. La ubicación está a una caminata de distancia de Walmart, la tienda de comestibles Strack n Van Til, White Castle y muchos otros restaurantes.

We we're very pleased staying 5 days at Hampton Inn. The prices was reasonable and the room came with everything we needed. (Microwave, fridge & coffee maker) The bed/pillows we're SO comfortable. They also have a pool, fitness center and free breakfast. The staff was EXCELLENT. The location is within walking distance of Walmart, Strack n Van Til grocery store, White Castle and many other restaurants.

não fiquei aqui. Deixei alguém aqui para encontrar um Uber, mas entrei. A pessoa da recepção era agradável e o próprio hotel é tão agradável por fora e pelo que eu vi por dentro. Piscina muito boa também.

Minha estadia foi excelente. Meu quarto era muito limpo e a cama confortável, mas a recepcionista chamada Shanee 'fez meu dia, ela foi acima e além para garantir que meu check-in fosse impecável. Obrigado Shanee' por seu profissionalismo.

hospedado aqui várias vezes nos últimos 6 meses. Os preços continuam subindo e as atitudes dos funcionários, parece haver uma mudança constante, cada vez mais grosseira. Esta última estadia eles estavam em $ 200 por noite e em construção. Nesta última visita, pedi para estender meu horário de check-out por apenas uma hora. Parecia um simples pedido para um cliente recorrente, para um membro Hilton Honors, para alguns que têm status Hilton Diamond devido a estadias frequentes, uma designação que supostamente inclui esse mesmo benefício. Mas eles disseram não, estamos muito cheios. Isso não significa que você estará limpando os quartos até as 16h ou mais tarde, só estou pedindo que você mude o meu das 11h ao meio-dia. Ainda não. Eu fiquei lá antes quando eles estavam lotados, atravessa o estacionamento às 20h, 7h e 11h, juntamente com um café da manhã bastante vazio indicado que eles não eram de todo multidão. Óbvio que não voltaremos.

Me he alojado aquí varias veces durante los últimos 6 meses. Los precios siguen subiendo y las actitudes de los empleados, parece haber cambios constantes, se vuelven cada vez más hoscos. Esta última estadía costaba $ 200 por noche y estaba en construcción. Esta última visita pedí extender mi tiempo de salida por solo una hora. Parecía una solicitud simple para un cliente habitual, para un miembro de Hilton Honors, para alguien que tiene el estatus de Hilton Diamond debido a estadías frecuentes, una designación que se supone que incluye ese mismo beneficio. Pero dijeron que no, que estamos demasiado llenos. ¿Eso no significa que estarás limpiando las habitaciones hasta las 4 p. m. o más tarde? Solo te pido que muevas la mía de las 11 a. m. al mediodía. Aún no. Me he alojado allí antes cuando estaban abarrotados, las unidades a través del estacionamiento a las 8 p. m., 7 a. m. y 11 a. m. junto con un desayuno bastante vacío indicaron que no había mucha gente. Obvio que no volveremos.

Mi estancia fue excelente. Mi habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda, pero la recepcionista llamada Shanee me alegró el día, hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que mi registro fuera impecable. Gracias Shanee' por tu profesionalismo.

I didn’t stay here. I dropped someone here to meet an Uber but I did go inside. The desk person was nice and the hotel itself is so nice outside and from what I saw inside. Really nice pool too.

My stay was excellent. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable, but the receptionist named Shanee' made my day, she went above and beyond to make sure my check in was flawless. Thank you Shanee' for your professionalism.

Have stayed here several times over the past 6 months. Prices keep going up and attitudes of the employees, there seems to be constant change-over, keep getting more surly. This latest stay they were at $200 per night and under construction. This last visit I asked to extend my checkout time for just one hour. Seemed like a simple request for a repeat customer, for an Hilton Honors member, for some who has Hilton Diamond status due to frequent stays, a designation that is suppose to include that very benefit. But the said no, we’re too crowded. Doesn’t that mean you’ll be cleaning rooms until 4pm or later, I’m only asking that you move mine from 11am to noon. Still no. I have stayed there before when they were crowded, drives through the parking lot at 8pm, 7am and 11am along with a fairly empty breakfast indicated they were not at all crowd. Obvious we won’t return.

SIEMPRE yendo más allá para hacer de mi estadía la MEJOR y más especial.El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes, atracciones y tiendas. This hotel is fabulous!!! The staff is the best of the best! ALWAYS going above and beyond to make my stay the VERY BEST and most special. Hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants, attractions and shopping. Quiet, rooms, comfortable beds, rooms have all the amenities, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Exercise room and indoor pool.
