“Overall, a clean hotel with large suite style standard rooms. The heat did not work during my stay and I was not compensated at all. We finally were given a portable heater that the front desk staff normally uses for themselves.”
— Jessica Morris
“Enjoyed the hotel, but changes in housekeeping were not communicated to us because we checked in via the app. Apparently they only tell those who check in via the front desk, despite the availability and ease of app check-in. Even when we came down to get a second key the next morning, they did not inform us of the changes, despite being told we had checked in via the app. It was not until the second day, when questioning the lack of housekeeping services, that we found out the changes. When I suggested they also put the notice they provide in person in the rooms for those who check in via the app, I was told they don't do that and would not be doing that. Really unfortunate that the communication of changes was not provided to all guests by design, especially when the guests missing these notices are actually using the Hilton app.”
