Simplesmente perfeito, tive a sensação de que fizemos a melhor escolha para ficar lá, realmente não consegui ver uma opção melhor enquanto caminhava pelo bairro ... os funcionários são tão prestativos e amigáveis que atenderam a todos os nossos pedidos, mesmo quando solicitamos jantar no quarto no terraço do restaurante e eles aceitaram com satisfação .. o design dos quartos é bom, e estar ao lado de todos os lugares importantes é a melhor localização que você pode obter ... parabéns a todos os funcionários e continuem. .

As a Diamond member, this hotel makes me lose interest in trying out the Four Seasons given the amazing hard and soft products and the price (1/4 of FS). It is easily the best hotel for me in the Old Town. The location and breakfast were just...wow. Ayasofia and Topkapi Palace are right in your backyard, a one-minute walk away, and you have an amazing breakfast (virtually everything is so good) every morning looking at Ayasofia outside of the restaurant's window. You have to experience it to know how good it is.The service was also above and beyond. I felt like the whole hotel team really wanted us to enjoy our stay, instead of simply completing a transaction. I'll just give two examples. One day at breakfast, my girlfriend wanted to try the green pepper, (it's super hot btw,) which was something that was always on the plate, and was unsurprisingly spiced to the degree of making all kinds of funny faces while I had fun recording her. The next day, there was no green pepper on her plate. Apparently someone took note without us even noticing, and without asking my girlfriend the day before, which would be kind of embarrassing for her. Also, when we checked out, we put our luggage at the front desk and toured Topkapi Palace, which was right next door. When we came back, the kind housekeeper (super nice person) gave me a pair of pants that I left under my pillow. Those are small things but really showed the degree of care the hotel had for us. This is the best Hilton property I have stayed at so far and I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Istanbul!

Just perfect, I had a feeling that we made the best choice to stay there, I really couldn't see a better option whilst walking around in the neighborhood...staff are so helpful and friendly, they accommodated all our requests, even when we requested to have in room dining in the restaurant terrace they accepted happily.. rooms design is nice, and being adjacent to all the top places is the best location you can get... congratulations to all the staff and keep it on...

Fiquei lá durante a pandemia com minha esposa e filhos. Gostei muito da estadia por lá. Check in e check out sem complicações. A equipe é tão cortês. Eles seguem todos os protocolos secretos relacionados. Eu definitivamente voltarei novamente.

Me alojé allí durante la pandemia con mi esposa y mis hijos. Realmente disfruté la estadía allí. Registro de entrada y salida sin complicaciones. El personal es muy cortés. Siguen todos los protocolos relacionados con covid. Definitivamente regresaré de nuevo.

Stayed there during pandemic with my wife and kids. I really enjoyed the stay over there. Hasle free check in and check out. Staff is so courteous. They follow all the covid related protocols. I will definitely come back again.

A estadia no hotel HAGIA SOFIA MANSION tornou a minha visita a Istambul com o meu marido bastante agradável. O conforto de viver, o interior colorido do hotel e a conveniência da localização, complementados pela generosa hospitalidade e charme pessoal da Diretora Yulia Kardesoglu, merecem as melhores notas. Nós, acostumados a um serviço friamente cortês, literalmente nos banhamos em sincero cuidado e atenção. Organizamos traslados, excursões, acompanhados até um restaurante, demos importantes recomendações aos turistas sobre atrações turísticas e mostras históricas e de arte. O conhecimento de russo pela equipe do hotel foi muito importante para nós - recebemos uma guia pessoal que fala russo, Anna, que ajudou a resolver questões menores. Vale a pena mencionar especialmente sobre a zona SPA, uma visita que literalmente se rejuvenesce para continuar a explorar a deslumbrante cidade. Por motivos subjetivos, desta vez usamos apenas o Steam room, mas acho que com certeza iremos visitar todo o complexo da próxima vez, o que, tenho certeza, acontecerá. Agradecimentos especiais a Yulia Kardesoglu e Evshen pelo excelente serviço de excursões. Mergulhamos totalmente na originalidade e história desta cidade extraordinária, segundo o costume de sermos escoltados desde o hotel, segundo a tradição turca, com água a cair de um jarro! La estancia en el hotel HAGIA SOFIA MANSION hizo que mi visita a Estambul con mi marido fuera bastante agradable. La comodidad de vivir, el colorido interior del hotel y la conveniencia de la ubicación, complementados con la generosa hospitalidad y el encanto personal de la directora Yulia Kardesoglu, merecen la máxima calificación. Nosotros, acostumbrados a un servicio fríamente cortés, literalmente bañados en un sincero cuidado y atención. Nos organizaron traslados, excursiones, nos acompañaron a un restaurante, dimos importantes recomendaciones para los turistas sobre las atracciones turísticas y exposiciones históricas y de arte. El conocimiento del idioma ruso por parte del personal del hotel fue muy importante para nosotros; contamos con una guía personal de habla rusa, Anna, que ayudó a resolver problemas menores. Vale la pena mencionar especialmente la zona de SPA, una visita a la que literalmente rejuvenece para seguir explorando la impresionante ciudad. Por razones subjetivas, esta vez usamos solo la sala de vapor, pero creo que definitivamente visitaremos todo el complejo la próxima vez, lo cual estoy seguro que tendrá lugar. Un agradecimiento especial a Yulia Kardesoglu y Evshen por el excelente servicio de excursiones. Nos sumergimos por completo en la originalidad y la historia de esta extraordinaria ciudad, según la costumbre de que nos escoltaran desde el hotel, según la tradición turca, ¡con agua derramada de una jarra! ¡Fue un maravilloso viaje a la historia! The staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are stunning and of excellent quality. We got a really nice suite upgrade as Hilton Gold! The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking to Marmaray Sirkeci station. The indoor jacuzzi is also very impressive! However, unfortunately there is a major flaw with the houses: noise. On our first night we could hear every single tramway passing by the house, then we asked to change rooms and even there you could still hear every single passing car. Maybe the windows can be insulated better? The breakfast offering was also lacking of options, we skipped it after our 3rd day because it was too repetitive and the choices were very limited. For things like pancakes they even charge extra! And the check in experience was also not very smooth, the Google Maps location is not where the reception is, we had to go through the high security area and open our suitcases on the street to be searched, and then when we arrived had to call the hotel, but then someone came and drove us to the reception. When you send the welcome email, why not simply include a Google Maps link to the reception (search for Sofia Garden)? Overall a hotel with great potential!

Lovely. The architecture, the amenities, the staff, everything is exceptional. Location is unique if you care to see the old town. Great view from the breakfast terrace, not the best cook that weekend for the omelette... warning: if you’re not a practicing Muslim the very hard sounds from the 6am prayers might disturb you.

Meu marido e eu passamos 3 dias no hotel e tudo foi perfeito.Nosso quarto era muito grande e parecia muito novo. Eles prestaram muita atenção aos detalhes da decoração que fizeram uma grande diferença. Tudo era deslumbrante.Além disso, o pessoal foi extremamente simpático e fez um grande esforço para tornar a nossa estadia agradável e tirar as nossas dúvidas. Agradecimentos especiais a Ayhan que tentou nos ajudar e nos deixar confortáveis o tempo todo.Eu tomei um banho turco no spa e gostei muito (não só o serviço, mas a atmosfera do spa).A localização é ótima e muito conveniente se você vem a Istambul pela primeira vez e deseja conhecer os principais pontos turísticos: fica em uma rua estreita entre as muralhas da Hagia Sofia e o Palácio. Mi esposo y yo pasamos 3 días en el hotel y todo fue perfecto.Nuestra habitación era muy grande y parecía bastante nueva. Prestaron mucha atención a los detalles de decoración que marcaron una gran diferencia. Todo fue asombroso.Además, el personal fue sumamente amable y se esforzó mucho para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y resolver nuestras dudas. Un agradecimiento especial a Ayhan que trató de ayudarnos y hacernos sentir cómodos todo el tiempo.Me di un baño turco en el spa y lo disfruté mucho (no solo el servicio sino el ambiente del spa).La ubicación es excelente y muy conveniente si vienes a Estambul por primera vez y quieres ir a los principales puntos turísticos: está en una calle estrecha entre las murallas de Santa Sofía y el Palacio. No podría ser mejor.Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel y estamos deseando volver.

My husband and I spent 3 days at the hotel and everything was perfect. Our room was very large and looked pretty new. They paid really close attention to decoration details that made a huge difference. Everything was stunning. Besides, staff was extremely friendly and put a lot of effort to make our stay pleasant and to solve our doubts. Special thanks to Ayhan who tried to help us and make us comfortable all the time. I had a turkish bath at the spa and I really enjoyed it (not only the service but the atmosphere of the spa). Location is great and very convenient if you come to Istanbul for the first time and want to go to the main touristic spots: it's in a narrow street between the walls of Hagia Sofia and the Palace. Couldn't be better. We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to coming back.

Este hotel foi incrível. Hilton se superou. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e irão ajudá-lo a planejar tudo o que for preciso. Eles sabem muito sobre seu país, área e coisas para fazer e ver. Eu tinha um vídeo do meu hotel, mas não consegui enviá-lo. Isso é muito novo para o Hilton e alguns motoristas de táxi podem não saber para onde ir. Tudo bem, assim que você chegar ligue para o hotel e eles vão te mostrar onde fica a entrada porque é um pouco complicado, mas vale muito a pena !!! Você está protegido pelo céu, então esta área é super segura. O café-da-manhã de cortesia também foi incrível e eu tinha uma vista de hagia Sofia do meu quarto. Absolutamente surpreendente. Não há elevador, mas eles vão levar suas malas para cima e para baixo para você. O serviço é verdadeiramente incomparável. Eles fazem tudo 💙. Muito obrigado pessoal

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei, situado em casas históricas otomanas ocupadas por funcionários do Estado durante os anos 17 e 18 c. O hotel está apoiado nas paredes da fortificação do palácio de Topkapi, com vista direta da Hagia Sophia - imagine que você acordou com essa visão. Os quartos são em estilo da era otomana, totalmente renovados e luxuosos, mais do que espaçosos. Todo o pessoal é excelente, indo além das suas expectativas. Spa, piscina e jacuzzi estão fora deste mundo - em uma cisterna romana. Certifique-se de fazer uma reserva. Absolutamente o melhor lugar para ficar em Sultanahmet, com todos os principais pontos turísticos em um raio de 5 minutos a pé. Fotos em breve.

Este hotel fue asombroso. Hilton se superó a sí mismo. El personal es muy útil y lo ayudará a planificar todo lo que necesite. Están muy bien informados sobre su país, área y cosas para hacer y ver. Tenía un video de mi hotel pero no pude subirlo. Esto es muy nuevo en Hilton y es posible que algunos taxistas no sepan adónde ir. Está bien, una vez que llegues, llama al hotel y te mostrarán dónde está la entrada porque es un poco complicado pero vale la pena. Estás celestialmente vigilado, por lo que esta área es súper segura. El desayuno gratuito también era increíble y tenía una vista de Santa Sofía desde mi habitación. Absolutamente increible. No hay ascensor, pero subirán y bajarán sus maletas. El servicio es realmente incomparable. Hacen de todo 💙. Muchas gracias chicos

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado, ubicado en casas históricas otomanas ocupadas por funcionarios estatales durante los siglos XVII y XVIII. El hotel se apoya en las murallas del palacio de Topkapi con vistas directas a Hagia Sophia; imagina que te despiertas con esa vista. Las habitaciones son de estilo otomano, completamente renovadas y lujosas, más que espaciosas. Todo el personal es excelente, superando sus expectativas. El spa, la piscina y el jacuzzi están fuera de este mundo: en una cisterna romana. Asegúrese de hacer una reserva. Absolutamente el mejor lugar para alojarse en Sultanahmet con los principales lugares de interés en un radio de 5 minutos a pie. Próximamente las fotos.

Todo perfecto, desde la suite en la que nos alojamos hasta la exquisita amabilidad de sus empleados, siempre dispuesto a atenderte con una sonrisa, sin olvidar la ubicación y la pequeña piscina instalada en las antiguas cisternas de Hacia Sofia respetando y cuidando la obra original. One of best hotels I've ever stayed, set in historic Ottoman houses occupied by state officials during 17 and 18 c. The hotel leans on Topkapi palace fortification walls with direct views of Hagia Sophia - imagine you wake up with that sight. Rooms are Ottoman era style, fully renovated and luxurios, more than spacious. All the staff is outstanding, going beyond your expectations. Spa, pool and jacuzzi is out of this world - in a Roman cistern. Make sure you make a reservation. Absolutely best place to stay in Sultanahmet with all major sights in a 5 min walk radius. This hotel was amazing. Hilton outdid itself. The staff are very helpful and will help you plan anything that needs be. They’re very knowledgeable about their country, area and things to do and see. I had a video of my hotel but I couldn’t upload it. This is very new to Hilton and some taxi drivers may not know where to go. It’s ok, once you arrive call the hotel and they will show you where the entrance is because it is a bit tricky but very worth!!! You’re heavenly guarded so this area is super safe. The free breakfast was amazing as well and I had a view of hagia Sofia from my room. Absolutely amazing. There’s no elevator, but they will take your bags up and down for you. The service is truly unparalleled. They do everything 💙. Thank you guys so much
