“DO NOT STAY HERE ON THE WEEKEND if you value any quietness or being able to sleep at night. Loud parties, yelling, and skamming doors. There was a no party policy but it obviously is not enforced. The hotel and room condition were fine. The room was clean and no bed bugs. The bathroom was a bit dated and tired like they just gave up after doing the rest of the room. Staff were fine except at check out there was no staff at front desk, just a bucket to drop your keys in. I wanted a receipt because I was charged $150+ higher than my reservation was for.”

“In town for the Frankfort Fall Festival. The care and service Lisa at the front desk gave me and my family was above and beyond any service I've had at any hotel ever. From my confirmation call the evening before to gracefully and kindly helping us through an emergency situation we needed to deal with she was a rockstar. After a very long and exhausting day she came though in major ways and treated us with great compassion and understanding.”
