“This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and it will not be my last. This was a great hotel and experience. I'll return for a future stay. The room was a nice size, it was clean, the kitchen area was stocked and the appliances were nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was good. The ambiance of the hotel was great.”

“I travel for work and stay at least 18 nights per month in hotels.I prefer Hilton properties.After checking in today 05/14 to this hotel I went to take a shower and there were no hot water!I called the front desk and was told that the had a water heater fail the day before and many units had no hot water.How dare you expecting that someone will go to a hotel with no hot water?Management offered me a room to shower in..why was I not checked in to that unit to start with?This is completed unacceptable!”
