“Not really a 4 star hotel given the size of the room and overall quality of the facilities, but good enough for this stay given the very reasonable price. Front desk were very professional and the breakfast offering was good and well supported by waiting staff. At dinner, staff were friendly enough, but didn't seem to grasp the concept of providing a 4 star hotel dinner service, as I had to get my own menu, table water was not offered, and after my main course was complete no one came to clear the table and offer dessert, coffee etc. That's a management issue more than anything else, as I found the staff friendly and attentive once they realised that they had a job to do. Adding quality to these areas of service would make for a much better experience.”
