“Rooms are tiny with no room service or bell service (pack light) or even vending machines in the entire hotel. Latest checkout offered by "Angel" 11:30...Terrible views don't pay extra for one unless you're above the 8th floor, but the rooms are Modern albeit missing some minor amenities like lotion, shower-caps etc some staff are very polite and accommodating other are not quite so and just give standard customer service with excuses like "That's LA or We do things differently" As someone who has lived in LA for 15 years, I'm curious to see how long they stay open in Los Angeles.”

“As other people mentioned, the room is super tiny, but I mean it’s downtown and the price is ok, so I don’t really care about that. What impressed me most was that the room was incredibly clean. I’m a picky person but their room was faultless. One thing I didn’t quite like was that the ac was a little too cold for me and I wasn’t able to change the temperature.”
