“The boulevard on first street was amazing and their special sweet beer was just as good and management was quick to address our problems but house keeping was shabby as we found cobwebs in our room and multiple problems left behind by previous tenants in the villa Overall great experience”

“Where to start....easy to say if you are below 25 years (unless you want to feel completely out of place), want to party 24/7, take lots of selfies for your instagram page then this is for sure the best place to stay in Dubai. The hotel is run with tight security (good in some places but not Dubai!), you are questioned as you walk around the hotel as to who and what your intent is ....hmmm just trying to find the way to the beach and to avoid the pumping music and peeps lying all over each other due to copious amounts of alcohol ...we are still suppose to be social distancing!!!. On the positive points and there are some, Amanda in the small breakfast area in the mornings is a delight, the view (if you pick the right room) is super, a choice of restaurants and great spa and gym.”
