“The hotel is located in the center of Medellín and there are a couple of really big shopping malls and good restaurants within 10 minute walking distance.On the third floor, there was no reception counter at the restaurant to check customers' room number. You can go inside and take a seat wherever you want. But today morning the tallest woman staff asked us about our room number while she didn't ask the other customers at all who seemed to come from this country or America.I know very few Asian tourists come to this country to do some sightseeing. And I know too they are from richer countries including mine than this country. None of them will try to have free breakfast in a hotel where they don't stay. So if your staff control that kind of thing, she should keep in mind that she check everyone not trying to pick out some customers according to her personal criteria. That kind of trivial behaviour may make your customers a little bit upset. Apart from this happening our stay at this hotel was pretty good.”
