“Great Location, and Beautiful hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 2-night, they were willing to provide a free room upgrade to most wonderful suite, so I was very surprised and excited! Exterior of hotel was very gorgeous and antique, and Its interior and facility were very convenient to use. But, Most impressive thing of this hotel was professionalism of all staffs. They were always kind, polite and courteous, and they always tried to help my request as much as they could. I hope I can go Rome, stay in this great hotel, and meet all nice staffs again.”
