“Staff were super nice. But not very helpful. We had all kinds of issues in our room, from the bedding to the air conditioner to the bathroom. They were pleasant to deal with, but they didn't fix anything. We lived through it. The grounds are beautiful and the location is easy to get to. The ice machines work great, elevators not so much. We would stay again for the right price but will definitely explore our options next time. This is a budget hotel, but if you get lucky and have a good room you will have a good stay.”

“É a segunda e última vez que se hospedamos neste hotel. Nesta vez, não tivemos uma boa experiência: Quarto cheirando a mofo e cigarro, empoeirado, carpete imundo e com manchas. Atendimento do balcão não é amigável ou solicito. Qualquer dúvida ou simples solicitação que fazíamos no balcão era tratada como se fosse um grande problema. Debitaram mais de 120 dólares que não reconhecemos em nosso cartão de crédito e o email para entrar em contato não funciona, as atendentes da recepção não ajudaram em nada. Os únicos pontos positivos neste hotel atualmente são: Boa localização, bom estacionamento e bom café da manhã. Também merece elogio uma senhora que interage com as pessoas durante o café da manhã e uma moça oriental que recepcionam as pessoas na entrada do café da manhã. PIOR PONTO: A INTERNET É PESSIMA, FICA DESCONECTANDO A CADA 5 MINUTOS TE FORÇANDO LOGAR NOVAMENTE. NÃO FUNCIONOU BEM EM NENHUM DISPOSITIVO OU LOCAL DO HOTEL. As máquinas de refrigerante engoliram nosso dinheiro e não soltaram o produto ( 3 máquinas ). O local é ótimo, muito perto de tudo.English: It's the second and last time I have stayed at this hotel. This time, it was not a good experience: Room smelled of mildew and cigarettes, dusty, dirty and stained carpet. Counter service is not friendly or solicitous. Any question or simple request we made at the counter was treated as if it were a big problem. They charged more than 120 dollars that we didn't recognize on our credit card and the email to contact us, as the front desk attendants didn't work at all. The only positives in this hotel currently are: Good location, good parking and good breakfast. Also worthy of praise is a lady who interacts with people during breakfast and an oriental girl who welcomes people at the breakfast entrance. WORST POINT: THE INTERNET IS TERRIBLE, IT'S DISCONNECTING EVERY 5 MINUTES FORCING YOU TO LOG IN AGAIN. IT DID NOT WORK WELL ON ANY DEVICE OR LOCATION IN THE HOTEL. Soda machines swallowed our money and didn't release the product (3 machines). The location is great, very close to everything”
