I stayed there for two months. Good amenities: pool, gym, business center, 24/7 coffee & tea, breakfast, and water dispenser. Good location. Free parking! Front desk personnel are the best!

Fantastic guest services. Right next to great authentic local food. Next to a mall to get anything you might have forgotten. Then gym was clean and well kept. Everything about my satay was great.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff went above and beyond. When I asked if the omelette had meat they said they would get me one without. The fitness room was clean and had what you needed. We had fun swimming in the pool. They are extremely close to shopping and restaurants. You had lots of choices.

Very clean-comfortable-convenient hotel! Very friendly staff-polite & welcoming! A little loud at night, but not too bad. The location was great. We enjoyed having the Outlet Mall, Foodland & eateries near by. We would definitely stay again!😃

Easy check in experience. Google maps takes you straight to it. Convenient shopping around the area within easy walking distance. Spacious room, comfy bed, looks fairly updated. Neutrogena shower products. Hair dryer and Iron in room. 2 tvs which is nice if staying as a pair. Breakfast was your typical hotel offering. Nothing fancy but when it comes with the room, it's appreciated. Try the watermelon water, pretty good. Two coffee stations, one to the right of the desk and the other in the breakfast area.. Great set up, would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing, customer service awesome, they make sure you feel welcome. They have breakfast in the morning from 6am to 10am a lot of food so don't be afraid to eat!! The location was right where a mall and restaurant around it. For staying for visiting I recommend stay here I sleep well on the bed and it was a amazing one night.

Gostei muito da minha estadia aqui. Se você é um hóspede de longo prazo, este hotel é uma ótima escolha. Sem taxa de resort. Sem taxa de estacionamento e é muito conveniente. Muitos restaurantes e uma mercearia a uma curta distância (literalmente 50 pés). Os quartos são modernos e confortáveis. A equipe é muito, muito simpática e profissional. Altamente recomendado.

Disfruté mucho de mi estadía aquí. Si es un huésped a largo plazo, este hotel es una excelente opción. Sin tarifa de resort. No hay tarifa de estacionamiento y es muy conveniente. Muchos restaurantes y una tienda de comestibles a poca distancia a pie (literalmente 50 pies). Las habitaciones son modernas y cómodas. El personal es muy, muy amable y profesional. Altamente recomendado.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. If you are a long term guest, this hotel is a great choice. No resort fee. No parking fee and it's very convenient. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store right within walking distance (literally 50ft). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is very, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home base for sightseeing. Breakfast was pretty standard Hampton fare with the addition of POG juice. Liked having a water bottle filler in the breakfast area. Pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most evenings. I had read reviews saying finding parking was difficult but we didn't have any trouble. I thought we would have a microwave in the room, we did not, but there was one available in the breakfast area.

Sinceramente, quero classificar o Hampton Inn & Suites Kapolei como cinco estrelas, mas farei com que seja 4/5. Vou mencionar a desvantagem em primeiro lugar. Primeiro, não havia microondas. Eu recomendaria ter microondas em todos os quartos. Acredito que todos os convidados precisam de micro-ondas para aquecer a comida. Por último, o ac. Os hóspedes devem poder controlar a temperatura em seus quartos. Eu e minha família estávamos congelando devido ao frio do quarto e tudo o que podemos fazer é usar jaquetas, moletons ou moletons e meias.O lado bom, no entanto, é que eles têm café da manhã gratuito todos os dias, eles podem nos fornecer escova de dentes, pasta de dente, etc (se precisarmos de um), ter frigobar, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, uma piscina (já tem toalhas limpas para os hóspedes prontos para uso externo), lavanderia, academia e um lindo lounge para ficar. Honestamente, quiero calificar al Hampton Inn & Suites Kapolei con cinco estrellas, pero lo haré 4/5. Mencionaré la desventaja primero. Primero, no había microondas. Recomendaría tener microondas en todas las habitaciones. Creo que todos los invitados necesitan microondas para calentar su comida. Por último, la CA. Los huéspedes deben poder controlar la temperatura en sus habitaciones. Mi familia y yo estábamos helados debido al frío que hacía en la habitación y todo lo que podíamos hacer era usar chaquetas, sudaderas con capucha o sudaderas y calcetines.Sin embargo, el lado bueno es que tienen desayuno gratis todos los días, pueden proporcionarnos cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, etc. (si lo necesitamos), obtener una mini nevera, personal amable y servicial, una piscina (ya tienen toallas limpias para que los huéspedes estén listos para uso exterior), lavandería, un gimnasio y un hermoso salón para quedarse. We stayed for a total of 3 weeks. Pros: The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the desk clerks (Kristen, Dee & Jesare are the BEST), kitchen staff, & housekeeping. Very polite, helpful & professional. They made us feel very welcomed and would go out of their way to help. Very personal touches.I am extremely cautious because of COVID, but this hotel made me feel very comfortable with my stay. We always found someone cleaning.Cons: Washers and dryers. $3.00 wash, $1.00 dry. But you will need at least $3.00 to dry a load.The hotel has a little wear and tear (I’m sure due to the high traffic), but they work extremely hard to keep everything clean, sanitized & looking beautiful.

I honestly want to rate Hampton Inn & Suites Kapolei a five star, but I will make it 4/5. I will mention the downside first. First, there was no microwave. I would recommend having microwave in all rooms. I believe all the guests needs microwave to heat up their food. Lastly, the ac. Guests should be able to control the temperature in their rooms. Me and my family were freezing due to how cold the room was and all we can do was wear jackets, hoodies or sweatshirts, and socks. The good side however is they have free breakfast every day, they can provide us toothbrush, toothpaste, etc (if we need one), get mini fridge, friendly & helpful staff, a swimming pool (already have clean towels for guests to ready to use outside), laundry room, a gym, and a beautiful lounge to stay at. I also like how their water dispenser has that footstep to get water instead of using our fingers to press. So overall, this still a good place to stay at. It is a friendly and safe environment :)

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com este hotel de Hampton. E eu recomendaria. Nice staff, limpo e em geral um bom hotel.As únicas coisas que posso reclamar são a porta do banheiro e a lavanderia que custa US $ 6 por carga.A porta do banheiro é uma porta de enrolar que deixa um espaço entre a parede e a porta. Isso permite que os sons de dentro do banheiro sejam realmente audíveis no quarto. Além disso, há um espelho até o chão na porta que fica diretamente em frente ao banheiro. . .

Nice hotel com quartos espaçosos e um café da manhã decente. Abundantes estações de carregamento usb embutidas em toda a sala. Hotel é mais recente com um estacionamento compartilhado com 24h Fitness. Seria bom para eles se eles adicionassem algumas estações de carregamento para carros elétricos, mas os únicos dois estão na extremidade do estacionamento. As opções de comida estão disponíveis, pois estão ao lado de um pequeno shopping center. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente e não há cobrança de estacionamento como muitos hotel da região. Cerca de 20 minutos de Honolulu.

Este local específico é incrível. Eles fazem você se sentir muito bem-vindo. Esta é a segunda vez que fico aqui e é perfeito. Os membros da equipe são os melhores. Nice hotel with spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. Plentiful usb charging stations built in throughout the room.Hotel is newer with a shared parking lot with 24h Fitness.It would be nice for them if they added some charging stations for electric cars but the only two are at the far end of the parking lot. Food options are available as they are next to a small strip mall. I would stay here again and there is no charge for parking like many hotel in the area.About 20 min from Honolulu.

Had a great experience with this Hampton hotel. And I would recommend it.Nice staff, clean and overall a good hotel.The only the things I can can complain about are the bathroom door, and laundry costing $6 a load to do.The bathroom door is a roller door that leaves a gap between the wall and door. This allows sounds from inside the bathroom to be really audible in the bedroom. Additionally, there is a floor length mirror on the door that is directlyacross from the toilet...

This particular location is awesome. They make you as a gust feel so welcomed. This is my second time staying here and it's perfect. The team members are the best. The front desk employees night and day are the best. They go above and beyond and that is true customer service. Even though some were training, they were a team and they help each other out. I had an issue with my cellphone and had to get a replacement shipped out to me. That front desk kept an eye out for my package and call me the second it came in.. I appreciated that little kindness so much. Thank you, thank you.. The hotel is so clean and I am a germaphobe. The housekeeping sprays and disinfects the room before going in to clean. The cleaning is impeccable 👌 I will be back..

The service and complimentary breakfast was very worth choosing this location. It is a little far away from the beach which is why I gave it a 4 star, but being right inside of a mall made up for that! Try eating at the Thai food store near the hotel. Get there at least an hour before they close.

Muito confortável. Você recebe o que pagou e o que é esperado. (De acordo com a taxa). Tinha muitas tomadas, portas USB para eletrônicos. Um monte de toalhas e tal para higiene.Nós ficamos em um quarto para não fumantes com 2 camas queen size e foi muito bom, com uma cadeira giratória e duas almofadas rolantes. O controle a / c era fácil de navegar.A única coisa que eu destacaria é o armário deslizante e as portas do banheiro. Se pudesse haver algum tipo de batente de porta, seria o ideal. É muito perigoso com crianças e bebês ao redor. Com a preocupação e o estresse constantes de ter que ficar de olho nisso. Mas por outro lado não é algo urgente e sério que precisa de atenção.

Very comfortable. You get what you paid for, and its expected. (Accordingly by rate). Had many outlets, usb ports for electronics. Alot of towels and such for hygiene. We stayed in a 2 queen non-smoking room and it was quite nice with a swivel chair and two rolling cushions. The a/c control was easy to navigate. The only thing i would pinpoint on is the sliding closet and bathroom doors. If there could be a door stopper of some sort that'd be ideal. Its quite dangerous with kids&babies around. With the constant worry and stress of having to keep an eye on that. But otherwise it's not some urgent and serious that needs attention.

O quarto era excelente! Muito bem limpo. Os funcionários desinfetavam constantemente os lobbies e o resto do hotel. O quarto estava lacrado com um adesivo de garantia de limpeza antes da minha entrada. Hospedado aqui para duas semanas quarentena e minha estadia regular. O serviço de quarto me trouxe uma tonelada de café da manhã todas as manhãs e mudou diariamente. Esqueci o cabo de alimentação do meu laptop e eles ajudaram a entregar-me um novo no primeiro dia! O serviço foi excepcional. Eles me fizeram rir repetidamente e eu gostei muito do meu tempo aqui. A velocidade da internet era muito alta, em torno de 500mbps. Consegui conectar meu laptop com um hdmi à tv de 40 polegadas para netflix. Eles também tiveram uma tonelada de maratonas de filmes nos canais de TV regulares e sempre havia algo bom para assistir. Veio com um mini quitinete. Pia, geladeira, microondas. Eles me mantinham abastecido de produtos de higiene pessoal. Lavanderia eram grátis! No geral, não poderíamos ter escolhido um lugar melhor para ficar!Hilton, você está entre os melhores funcionários de hotel que eu já vi! .. e eu ficamos em mais de 40 hotéis diferentes em todo o mundo. Ótimo trabalho e obrigado a todos por tornar minha estadia tão confortável!

¡La habitación era excelente! Muy bien limpiado. El personal estaba constantemente desinfectando los vestíbulos y el resto del hotel. La habitación estaba sellada con una etiqueta de garantía limpia antes de mi entrada. Me alojé aquí durante dos semanas en cuarentena y mi estancia habitual. El servicio de habitaciones me traía un montón de desayuno todas las mañanas y cambiaba a diario. ¡Olvidé el cable de alimentación de mi computadora portátil y me ayudaron a entregarme uno nuevo el primer día! El servicio fue excepcional. Me hicieron reír repetidamente y disfruté mucho de mi tiempo aquí. Internet era de muy alta velocidad, alrededor de 500 Mbps. Pude conectar mi computadora portátil con un hdmi al televisor de 40 pulgadas para netflix. También tenían un montón de maratones de películas en los canales de televisión habituales y siempre había algo bueno para ver. Venía con una mini barra de cocina. Fregadero, nevera, microondas. Me mantuvieron abastecido de artículos de tocador. Las instalaciones de lavandería eran gratis. En general, no podría haber elegido un lugar mejor para alojarse.Hilton, el personal de este hotel se encuentra entre los mejores que he visto en mi vida. .. y me he alojado en más de 40 hoteles diferentes en todo el mundo. ¡Buen trabajo y gracias a todos por hacer que mi estadía fuera tan cómoda!

This hotel is amazing. Tiana, front desk is a really amazing worker. The hotel has really provided everything that I've requested. She Upgraded my room because i was staying a while and wanted to make me more comfortable. just really amazing staff. i like the security at the door. honest. Dont have to drive far for anything. everything is in a 3 mile radius.

The room was excellent! Very well cleaned. Staff were constantly disinfecting lobbies and the rest of the hotel. Room was sealed with a clean guarantee sticker prior to my entrance. Stayed here for a two week quarantine and my regular stay. Room service brought me a ton of breakfast every morning and it changed daily. I forgot my laptop power cord and they helped deliver me a new one on the first day! The service was exceptional. They made me laugh repeatedly and i thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The internet was very high speed, around 500mbps. I was able to hook up my laptop with an hdmi to the 40 inch tv for netflix. They also had a ton of movie marathons on the regular tv channels and there was always something good to watch. Came with a mini kitchenette bar. Sink, fridge, microwave. They kept me stocked up on toiletries. Laundry facilities were free! Overall couldnt have picked a better place to stay!Hilton, you staff at this hotel are among the best hotel staff ive ever seen! .. and ive stayed at over 40 different hotels worldwide. Great job and thanks everyone for making my stay so comfortable!
