“Room size We were told on phone by the hotel prior booking online that there is a $150 pet deposit but it is refundable. But at the end we were told the deposit is not refundable! We stayed for 4 nights, a $38/night on a hypoallergenic mini dog is ridiculous!”

“The polite gentleman who replaced my iron and my ironing board. 1. Exterior of hotel surrounded by customers frequenting the weed shop in the building. 2. No resturant 3. Chairs in guest room covered in faded smelly fabric. Should replace or upholster in vinyl. Easy to wipe down. 4. Towels are worn out.”
