Clean rooms with views of the runway. Service is excellent and the location is amazing. The only downside is the noise from the airport.

A great hotel within walking distance of CGH airport. I spent a few days here taking pictures of the airplans using CGH airport and could not have asked for more from the hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the in room internet good. The breakfast was excellent, as was the buffet in the evenings. Food was not available in the bar apart from weekends. Service was excellent throughout my stay.

This is by far the worst service of a hotel I had to suffer for a long time. I had to wait 35 minutes to get my key. Treatment of guests who already had a reservation was s***. There was a group of travellers from a cancelled flight who got served at four lines at the front desk. The guests with an already existing reservation had to queue in just one line. After more than 20 minutes waiting time and starting to be impatient suddenly a security guy showed up and accompanied to another line which took another 15 minutes. This security guy just wanted to be nice and helpful but unfortunately it didn't work out. The lady at the front desk was very rude by not welcoming me but just saying "Your name!" in such a way which reminded me to when I served my country. After additional two minutes and after her admitting she doesn't speak English, another guy came who was able to understand me. At least he was nice and attempted to calm me down. I also asked for my receipt so I can leave the hotel early in the morning to catch my flight but he denied. I was forced to line up again in the morning to get my receipt. Good lord, what a terrible service! I know it's not the front desk guy's fault, but it's a management issue. The room looked really shabby and was very spartan. Bathroom's not clean. Air-conditioning is way too loud. WiFi is extremely slow. Just to summarize in a few words: THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY SUCKS..!

Not well maintained room. Windows can't be opened. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived. The airport is very close but the breakfast was so bland you could say it they took the airplane theme too far. Ceiling was so dirty I even noticed (who looks at ceilings?) It may be obvious, but the proximity to the airport comes at the price of your ears: Very noisy, even double glass can't take it. At least the crew is nice. I pitty their souls and the amount of ear damage they take, be it by airplanes or by complaints
