“I’ve just arrived back at my hotel after an incredible dinner at your restaurant. Two days earlier we asked our taxi driver to take us to a restaurant and he took us across the street from your place. When we exited the taxi we saw your restaurant and decided that this is where we wanted to eat. Since you were booked that evening we made arrangements for tonight and we were pleased beyond our expectations. We would certainly recommend your restaurant to our colleagues and each time I’m in England I will certainly make every attempt to dine with you again. Thank you for making our visit to England special.“

Some friends and I were visiting from Toronto and had quite the stellar experience staying at SpringHill. Alexandre checked us in at the front desk and when asked for recommendations, gave us plenty of options and insights subject to our personal preferences and time restraints. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was available for pick-up/take-out from the front desk, which is a fairly solid compromise given the current public health situation.

From the reservation call to the check out, everything was perfect. Thanks to Alexandre for the warm welcome and help! Room was super nice and we had a upgrade because of our wedding anniversary with a little attention. Thanks for that! Definitely an awesome stay!

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. Clean, great customer service and they have Covid-19 safety measures in place. I love how promptly they respond to any request. They also gave me an upgrade to a bigger room because it was my birthday. Great location in Old Montreal surrounded by great restaurants, attractions and near the water.

Loved our stay. Extremely clean hotel (halls, room, bathroom). The staff was friendly, helpful , courteous and knowledgeable. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the detailed attention-- the tvs were open showing a greeting message with our names. We will stay there again during out next visit!

First time staying in a hotel since the start of COVID and you can tell that the staff at the hotel are trying to adjust to the new normal. Having said that, they did amazing given the weird situation we are all in and the customer service was superior! They were accommodating, polite and sincerely trying to assist. The level of customer service provided floored all of us and we definitely will be back. This hotel offered the best of all our needs: location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of everything, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff need to run a course for other companies on customer service.

Excelentes apartamentos. Habitación con placards, living con sofá más TV. Escritorio bien grande, kitchenette y un gran baño. Desayuno súper completo y riquísimo. Muy amables y eficientes. Muy muy recomendable

If you drive to Montreal you can stay in here because they have a parking garage right next to hotel, Vale is available. Parking is not free!!! Front desk is very nice, they have sweet and warm...
