Pontos positivos: - Cheguei antes do horário do Chek in e pude deixar minha mala guardada numa sala até meu quarto ser liberado - Cama confortável e grande - Wifi grátis - Eles nos indicaram um delivery de pizza e avisaram quando a pizza chegou - Boa localização (perto do Metro e do Grant Park) - Bom aquecedor no quarto (fui no inverno) - Uma televisão boa com canais disponíveis em inglês e espanhol - Tinham máquinas de gelo em alguns andares - Ótimo custo X benefícioPontos negativos: - Não teve para mimPositives: - I arrived before the Chek in time and I could leave my suitcase stored in a room up to my room to be released - Comfortable bed - Free Wifi - They showed us a pizza delivery and warned when the pizza arrived - Good location (near the Metro and Grant Park) - Good heater in the room (I was in the winter) - A good TV with channels available in English and Spanish - They had ice machines on some floors - Great Value X benefitNegatives: - Don't have for me

Não fui informado na ocasião da reserva de que haveria uma reforma bem na semana que estou aqui. Um barulho a partir das 8h da manhã que não deixa nem conversar no quarto. Pedi uma balança para pesar as malas e pelo Telefone foi muito grosseiro, " we don't have scale"... nem consegui perguntar se não havia uma balança para pessoas mesmo...

Passei 6 dias nesse hotel, funcionários atenciosos, instalações novas, acomodações bem confortáveis e boa localização!! Usei o transporte público todos os dias para ir a todos os lugares!! Tem parada de ônibus próximo e tem estação de metrô bem próximo tb!! Super recomendo

Pontos positovos: Quarto limpo com mobiliario confortável. Bem localizado e com atendimento bom. Pontos negativos: Não há frigobar no quarto.Aparelho de ar quente um pouco barulhento. Há um barulho também de vez enquando, que não conseguiamos identificar de onde vinha, que parecia ao de uma maquina britadeira. Mas no geral foi um excelente custo x beneficio. Recomendo!

Excelente localização. Muito próximo do Field Museum, do Aquarium, do Planetário e do estádio do Chicago Bears. Atendimento gentil e atencioso.

Pessoal muito prestativo e eficiente. Mas o hotel está passando por algumas reformas (carpete). E o quarto cheirava mau devido ao capet.

I stayed solo for a week to explore the city. Perfect location with multiple sights within walking distance. Public transportation immediately in front of hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and engaged with me each day about my activities. Grocery one block away. My room was attractive and clean. Shower handle broke day before my departure and I heard another guest complain about the same thing. Not fancy but comfortable and I felt safe.

Hard to choose between 3 and 4 stars. Clean Hotel, great staff, great location, great price. Lots of city noise gets in and LOTS of small repairs needed. We got a suite, King bed and sofa for $117, booked 2 weeks in advance. Bed was large and comfortable. Everything we saw was clean. The staff were very helpful. We paid for valet, the valet team did a great job of getting our car for us quickly each time we needed it. Plenty of awesome stuff walking distance away. Gave us a bag breakfast, bagel or muffin choice. We thought we got what we expected at this price point. City noises from the street, dog park, and another buildings fire alarm filled the room all day and night. The doors slam loud and if you are close to the elevator you can hear it. The TV was able to drown out most of it. We did have to call to get a TV remote and the staff got it to us fast. The valve to switch from filling the tub to the shower head wouldn’t go fully to the shower head. I was able to shower about 5 or 10 minutes before the water got above my ankles. Water was PLENTY warm, temperature stayed consistent, but it seemed possible to turn it too far and maybe get burned. We had two AC units in the room. On one of them, the wooden frame around it was loose. Every time it turned on it would rattle LOUD. We put the room safe on the frame and that stopped the rattling. Also the safe didn’t have batteries.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels for work travel. First of all the check in process was horrible. Very slow and inefficient and took about 30mins to even get a room. During my stay, my electronic devices were stolen from my room while i was away. Hotel management refuses to take any responsibility for this. There are no cameras in the hallways and they won’t take liability. This has been a great inconvenience to me. 2 laptops, a phone and a watch were stolen(over $5000 in value). It’s been weeks and management has not reached back out to me to offer more information. I would rate this a zero if i could

Upon arrival the day manager was great and very helpful, she recommended a great Mexican restaurant. When we got back and our fridge wasn't working she moved us to a different room. I cannot speak highly for the rest of the trip. One of our boys got sick all over one of the beds in the middle of the first night. We called the front desk and was told we couldn't get new bedding until 7 thane next morning. Thank God our room had two beds so we were able to take one blanket for the other bed. We advised the front desk when we came down the next morning of the incident in case the night manager hadn't said anthing and we were assured maid service would be in the room and folding down the bed and providing fresh towels. That did NOT happen. We got back to our room at 830 that night to the dirty laundry still in the room, trash not emptied and no new towels. We had to make yet ANOTHER call to the front desk, wait for sheets and towels, and they didn't even take our dirty sheets that had now been sitting for almost 24 hours with puke from the boys. We will not be staying here again.

El hotel tiene una genial ubicación, frente a el se encuentra el Grant Park y a unos 10 minutos caminando la zona de Museos, planetario y acuario. A sólo 5 minutos está la estación de Metro Roosevelt que te servirá para ir al Downtown o Aeropuerto.Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no realizan el aseo diariamente por la pandemia. Las camas son cómodas pero las almohadas muy delgadas. El hotel es algo antiguo y en algunas partes descuidado y sucio, pero es muy buena opción en relación precio/ubicación. Hay un mini super a media cuadra y varias opciones de comida en la calle aledaña.

Muy bien ubicado, cómodo y completo. Muy estrictos con el horario del desayuno, podrían ser más flexibles. Partíamos en tren y nos negaron la bolsa con el desayuno portátil, no pudimos tomarlo. Entre las puertas de las habitaciones y el piso hay como 2 dedos de luz, deberían solucionarlo.

Me gusto el hotel, queda cerca del acuario y el planetario no hay parqueadero pero hay parqueaderos cercanos. El personal es muy amable hablan inglés y español. Las habitaciones están bien, el baño es un poquito pequeño pero tiene su ducha, tina y todo lo necesario. Las camas son cómodas pero las almohadas no 😔.Pero fue una buena experiencia.

Check-in was nice and fast. The staff was friendly and made me feel very welcomed... I got to my room and I was pretty happy with the view across Michigan St into the park. They provide clean comfortable beds with a nice television though the channels are quite limited.. I only stayed for 2 nights but in between that time, I didn't notice any housekeeping...... other than that it was a nice stay

Staff were great but Just not the Best Chicago Best Western Sorry..... Definitely wait for remodel. Gave it a second try… Not again. King suites are adjoining the Elevators so horribly noisy so not really an upgrade. Dog park for apartment to south barking late into night so ask for away from south OR elevators. Dirty bathroom. No need to go on.

The Best Western at Grant Park is our home away from home in Chicago. We frequently stay here when we come to town to visit family. It is close to everything you need to have a wonderful time, great museums, great restaurants, shopping and the trains. We park our car don't need to drive again until it is time to go home. Every thing about this hotel is perfect, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, great views and extremely clean and comfortable.

Location is great. Very close to all sorts of attractions. The room is sufficient. The staff are not friendly at all. Also consider your parking options, I had to find a parking garage down the street at $25/day. This is my first time in Chicago in since the early 90’s

I stayed here in the year 2000 and have just got round to the review! I had a good night sleep at the hotel. I went shopping on the Saturday and flew out later that day. I met a few people in surrounding areas and the locals were friendly to me and quite helpful. The airshow was on nearby and was v.good. Bit windy and wet at times but it was Chicago :)

The hotel was nice! It's in an awesome area of down town Chicago. Food and beautiful park, massage spot all within walking distance of the hotel, however the mattresses were total and complete TRASH. They have a deep sink in the in the middle. This made for sleepiness nights and they even changed our room and that mattress was horrible as well. I will not be staying at this location unless new mattresses after purchased.
