“Needed a hotel with a shuttle close to O’Hare and this worked out perfectly.
All of the staff are so gracious, with a particular shout out to Nicole and Ashley on reception who were incredibly helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only negative was the bed pillows.
Jim the Barman was very friendly and entertaining. We enjoyed the French onion soup, it was delicious. We will definitely return when we need an airport hotel.”
