“Recently we managed a large group of people staying at the hotel. Navigating the logistics and confirmation numbers of each room was difficult at first, but the superb support of the staff made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend working with Hampton Inn and Hilton Hotels again in the future!”

“Upon checking in I was assigned 3 rooms before I was able to settle in one. The first room was not clean, the next room someone was actually already occupying, and the third was a double bed instead of a king. Not the mention the final room was not a suite as I book but after being assigned so many rooms we just too the standard room just to be done with it. They also ran out of towels and we had to buy towels from target. The staff was not apologetic about the experience and acted as if nothing was wrong with experience given. After speaking with the manager we were offered 20% off of our stay but upon checking out the discount was not given and I was told I had to call when the manager was in and when I did call they said they would not honor what the manager offered. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. I would not recommend to stay here”
