Great property, very family friendly with amazing food. The Arc is one of my favorite fairmont restaurants in Vancouver. The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth the price, as you'll see in the pictures. Kids under 5 eat free as well which was great for my 3 year old. The harbour view room is one of the best you'll find in the waterfront area. Pool is heated, gym is large and spacious.

Wow - an amazing hotel. Every single staff member we encountered made an effort to make our trip a memorable one. Special thanks for Akshay at front desk for helping with a seamless check in and also Andi for going above and beyond. At checkout we had some inquiries to sort out and Reina and Kat were beyond amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver you wont be disappointed!

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were recently engaged and they upgraded our room twice for us and had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the room. Only thing is the cleanliness of their hot tub. With the amount of foam in there, it definitely needs to be balanced better. Would stay here again though!

Wow! What a hotel. We have stayed at some very nice hotels and this is now included in that list. From the moment we checked in the bell boys were outstanding with their service and also the knowledge our truck would fit in the parkade. Our room was breath taking, the view of the harbour was outstanding. We order room service and enjoyed the view. Plus… dog friendly. We will be back soon.

The Fairmont was nice. Our room was not cleaned very well. However, there were enough redeeming factors to keep this review mainly positive. There were baby bathrobes for the spa. I found those extremely darling. I liked that added touch. We ate at the restaurant and the server was great. The kids eat free which was a great added perk. The pool was advertised as being heated but it was so cold we couldn’t even get in and that was very disappointing. Overall the experience was good but not great like I’d usually expect from the Fairmont.
