I spent a week at this hotel with my family and all in all enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and extremely clean thanks to the great housekeeping team. We had dinner at the bar to celebrate my birthday which was really nice- special thanks to George, who was the waiter there. He’s really an asset to the hotel. A lot of things were closed in the hotel I guess due to Covid but that is to be expected.

O café da manhã é padrão europeu superior, com muitas opções e cozinheiros a disposição para omeletes, etc. Vale a pena realizar uma refeição no restaurante do hotel, oferece opções muito boas. Muito bem localizado, apenas alguns minutos da Acrópole e do centro.

É tudo espetacular. A limpesa, o comforto, a amplitude do espaço. Quartos muito agradáveis. Luxuoso pb sem ser presunçoso.O único ponto menos atrativo é o espaço públicoenvolvente estar degradado, descuidado e sujo, como várias zonas em Atenas, infelizmente. No entanto os bairros de Plaka e Monasteriki são um encanto de pitoresco e de comidas típicas e tradicionais. Vale a pena visitar estes bairros e fazer as compras de lembranças por ali, a preços bastante atrativos.

We've upgraded to a room with view to Acropolis and don't regret it, the view it's really stunning. Everything is nice and clean. Can't give 5 stars due to its location, it's a bit rough around the hotel

Again living in the IHG hotel, I would give my upon several areas I am most interred in. Location: good location and 20 minutes walking you could be in the downtown, the view of the top floor is fantastic but not open in the winter time. Service: nothing to complain, friendly staff and good service. Room: the killing point is poor noise isolation, you could hear talking in the corridor, also the car noise outside of the window, really annoying if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast:great level and very good service, I particularly like a good breakfast when vacation, so pictures also shared😅 Parking: inside parking is a bit expensive, but you could easily find the free slot outside by the street. All in all, a very good IHG hotel but it’s really important to upgrade the sealing for a better noise isolation.

My review is based solely on the La Luz ballroom area of the hotel and not the hotel as in rooms, amenities, etc. When you have a considerable preset entrance fee and the carpeting itself is in terrible condition like almost it was prepared at the last moment, and everyone is having a trouble not dancing but rather just walking without falling down, then you understand that you should never book this place ever again. Terrible experience!!!! Thankfully though the music was great. When entering such a premise, the last thing you expect is to find the lowest service possible. I do not expect anything to be fixed though..

Would highly recommend staying at this property. The rooms were very spacious, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed winding down our evenings after long days of sightseeing in the rooftop bar that had amazing views of the Acropolis. The staff provided wonderful hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great IHG hotel near the city center Update 2021: the area around is experiencing a boom in construction, so it looks better now or promising the least. This is becoming our favorite hotel due to location and amenities, great rooms and service 5 stars as usual

El hotel se ubica cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad, pero no tiene fácil acceso vía transporte público. La mejor forma para moverse desde y hacia el hotel es con taxi. El servicio del hotel es excelente. La mejor atención a los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad.
