“Very professional and welcoming hotel staff, never fail to help open the car doors upon arrival or leaving. The hotel is located near Bukit Bintang metro, around 5-10min by foot. Pavilion mall is also walkable. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet is good too.”

“The room was nice and the location is great. It’s an easy and quick walk to The Pavilion Mall. However, I kept smelling a faint sewer smell and at first, I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. I later identified the smell was coming from the drain in the shower. The housekeeping was not very thorough. On the first day, they didn’t empty the full trash can under the kitchenette area sink and my coffee, cream, and sugar were never replenished after the first day. They also took the dirty silverware but didn’t replace them with clean ones. It’s not like a typical hotel where you can charge things to the room. You pay as you go, when I ordered room service I paid when it was delivered. It also was packaged like a to-go order, not like the usual presentation of room service. The room was comfortable and spacious but I won’t stay here again because of the service and the smell in the room.”
