“I love Hilton but I’ll probably never visit this location again. I just stayed last weekend and it was okay. Today I check in and I’m told I will be charged extra for parking. I asked when did this change take effect and was rudely told a year ago. I have receipts for my last 3 visits for February 2020 alone and those parking charges aren’t on them and it was weekend stay as well. Also just witnessed another guess argue so bad with unprofessional staff that she had to be removed by security. Very distasteful. I could’ve stayed in the hood for this. 💯”
