“Good experience with Parkroyal serviced suites in KL. We checked in with our baby, and they provided us with a cot and baby chair, which was very accommodating for families travelling. Clean and spacious rooms, bathroom was decent, had a bathtub. Pool and hot tubs were clean, and no one was using it at the time we went. just one downside, very thin walls. I could hear next door neighbour having a shower and their voices muffled when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, was a pleasant stay. I would recommend others to come here, it's quite affordable for a little bit of luxury:)”

“Stayed in the 2 bedroom premier! The place is quite clean and really spacious. The service is very good too as I just have to tell the receptionist that my bidet seems to be spoilt as the water is leaking and it was changed immediately. Though the things to be improved on would be on the towels provided. I think they alternate the person cleaning up the rooms. One of the days I have all the towels, floor towels, hand towels and kitchen towels. But the next day I have missing floor towels and hand towels. Other that this, I think it is good for family as the place is clean.”
