Ótima localização, quartos de bom tamanho, preço bom em relação a outros hotéis da localização. Fica próxima a 2 estações de metrô de linhas diferentes. Os funcionários são educados e os quartos limpos diariamente.

O lobby passa uma impressão de ser antigo, mas os quartos são maravilhosos, cama boa, bom banho, tem frigobar e forninho elétrico. Recebem pacotes via correio para os hóspedes sem cobrar nenhuma taxa.

Hotel ótimo! Quarto bom tamanho, tinha frigobar e microondas, chuveiro bom! Estações de metrô próximas. Fiz o enxoval de bebe, e receberam vários pacotes meus sem custo! Tem uma buybuybaby a duas quadras, wholle foods e sun sweet próximos! Super recomendo!

Eu e minha famíliaestamos hospedados desde o dia 14 de julho e estamos super satisfeitos com a hospitalidade, a limpeza e organização das dependências e com os cuidados que a camareira, dona Maria Orellana tem dispensado para conosco. Outro motivo importante é que estamos perto de estações de metro que facilitam os deslocamentos aos pontos turísticos,A empire states e outros pode se ir caminhando, pois estão muito próximos. Só temos a elogiar e agradecer.

Fomos super bem tratados, por todos os colaboradores do hotel. Nos ajudaram a localizar metrô, supermercados e pontos comerciais nos quais tínhamos dúvidas. O quarto é bom e agradável. Ótimo hotel para fi car, pois está próximo a metrô e com isso a todas as conexões e atrações turísticas. Vale muito a pena.

I’m a Diamond frequent guest at Hilton. I’ve been put in three different rooms today (1507, 2302, 1506) at this property and each has had stained sheets and mattresses, and in 2302, the bedskirt was just disgusting. One would think that after speaking to the GM, someone from housekeeping would have actually looked at the sheets in the third room they tried to put me in. I changed hotels. First set of linens in the first room they put me in were spotless. They should have been that way at the Garden Inn. Jenny at the front desk could not be more pleasant or kind. What a star.

My bf and I went on a weekend trip between Jan 21-24th 2022, just to see NYC. The hotel is location perfect - meaning that is close to basically everything. Longest trail would be to Central Park, but hey, you just get on that train and easy peasy! Housesking was on point & front desk was always there if you needing anything. We got the room on the TOP FLOOR = best view, bathtub/shower, fridge & microwave, king bed, closet, free tv & excellent heater 🙏🏼 My stay was everything I expected.If you want anything from the mini snack section they got, those will be added to you “room bill” and deducted from your $100 room deposit you do at check in.Lyft and uber work perfectly.There are restaurants (breakfast,brunch,lunch,dinner), walgreens, mini markets & pizza places all nearby.100% recommendP.sThe street is full of florists in case you love flowers!

I love staying at the Hilton Garden inn Manhattan-Chelsea. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and in order. This was our 3rd stay - this time for 15 days at this property. I find the scale just right - there are 8 rooms on each floor, and the walk to work through the garden shops, flowers and plants always picks me up, even in the frigid weather of January.

Stayed at the 24th Floor in a vary spacious room with a good view. The house keeping was amazing and the room service menu is great also but it’s until 11PM. The front desk staff was very friendly.

I am sorry to say the quality of the items in the room is not what I would expect at a Hilton for the money paid.Maybe a Motel 6. Staff is awesome they have a lemon here and are trying to make lemonaid.

Booked through booking.com and cancelled it weeks out (within our rights, prior to cancellation charges). The Hilton (not booking.com) still took holding charges for the full amount and have held the funds. Also not responding to our messages. Just avoid them and go with a reputable place.

Great location and very friendly staff. The Hotel is quite old and the room is not well clean. However, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is quite good. A bit too expensive for what the Hotel has to offer.

Atención en el front desk realmente de primera. Las habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y de buen tamaño. El baño muy bien. Silencioso. Buena vista desde la habitación. Muy buen ubicado cerca de muchos lugares interesantes. Realmente hasta ahora una buena experiencia que pienso repetir.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and made changes to my reservation both times.The staff worked with me to make it as simple as possible.I wish the beds were firmer, but the location is wonderful and it's a very comfortable place to stay 2 or 3 days.

As I had said. Everyone was very welcome beginning with Sam. He greeted us as we pulled up with our car with a smile and created a warm welcome which was most appreciated. The person in the restaurant was very accommodating and patient and so very pleasant. The person behind the front desk was welcoming and accommodating. She did her job extremely well.

Está ubicado en un sitio céntrico y cercano a dos estaciones de tren. Habitaciones grandes más del estándar en NY. Limpio, confortable, con los elementos básicos en el baño y dispone de cafetera, horno microondas y mini refrigerador. Bueno para ir con familia. El personal muy amable y educado.
