What a nice Hotel! The staves were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every time I asked questions. The hotel was also very clean in every area, and the staff was very friendly and professional. One of my favorites was the food, it was very delicious and the presentation was extremely beautiful! Strongly recommended to all!”

“The rooms are small (for Chicago) but cozy. Bar area is extremely loud (lots of hard surfaces), with friendly and efficient staff. Trevor (FOH) was especially helpful with last minute adjustments, great stay.”
