“Always smoking smell in non smoking floors; window needs repair, when I come to my room always cold, window is open and chat be closed, needs repair,,,,looks their smoke detectors are not working. I dint recommend this hotel”

“Location was OK, staff were helpful, and the place was really clean. The number of rooms that have a view for the bosphorus are few, so my room was big but it didn't have a bosphorus view. But overall, great hotel.”
