“It's supposed to be a nice hotel but could do better with customer service and the room itself. Some of the lobby staff were friendly but a couple of them looked like they didn't care. The ironing board in the room was broken and after asking 3 times in 3 days, I never got it fixed. During checkout, I mentioned this to them and there was not even a "sorry" from the lady at the reception. Her excuse was that she asked the technical staff (and it's not her problem basically). The room was comfortable but there were no amenities in the room when I first arrived. When I asked for amenities, they brought minimal things like soap. Anyway, there are much nicer hotels in Istanbul for the same price.”

“Comfortable beds, very good breakfast although limited items but I loved the area with all of these open windows. Location is in the middle of every thing and there are 3 shopping malls at walking distance. Employees are really helpful, polite and professional. What really bothered me is the towels, towels are overused and they don’t provide you with new ones everyday even when they clean. You have to call them many time to bring them.”
